The resort itself was nice, the staff was very polite and friendly, we stayed in the bungalows, it was very nice and quiet, we had a great view of the beach. We were not happy with the food selections in the main cafe very limited to the same thing almost every night, very bland, no flavor. Our last night there, we decided to try the restaurant on the adult side of the resort and it was really good. The atmosphere was great, their staff was amazing, the food was good and they had a saxophone player during dinner, really nice vibe! 😊

Beautiful resort, rooms need 100% maintenance upgrades but the pods on the beach were beautiful that you gave my son and his new wife and my buddy and his wife.. I would go again if I upgraded to the pods on the beach and preffered area but resort was beautiful but no air

I tried to change my reservation 30 minute after seeing a video about the their facilities and services. It was unclean and lacked many services that were advertised. They were understaffed, most bars were closed. You could only use the main bar. Iguana feces in pool. I was hoping to be placed at one of the other Hyatt facilities. Unfortunately they kept over $3000 and would take a call or work with me. It’s bait and switch. Beware booking with them. They do not want to work with you or save a client.

Not my Favorite
My first Dreams experience was mediocre. UVC staff were attentive and helpful. Il Mare was a cool place to stay and Battelliono was excellent. Dreams pools were nice but the water cleanliness was cloudy and not attended to. Dreams restaurants were medicore at best. Staffing and morale seemed very low. THis was a family celebration of 12 people. We were satisfied but not the experience I had hoped for.
