Oct 15, 2025Worst Experience Ever
If I could I would give this place zero. The pictures are false advertising. This resort is old and in dire need of a serious renovation. We booked in a preferred junior suite, when we get to the room it was mold in the bathroom, the furniture was old and worn. The A/C wasn’t working, we called maintenance they came to the room and check and said it couldn’t be repaired at the moment. The hotel sent us a $10 Walmart fan. We asked for a room change, they stated that the only thing they could do would move us to a bungalow and we would have to pay additional $750. Then we asked about one of there sister resorts, again we would have to pay additional fees. We checked out and moved to the Marriott next door. I wouldn’t waste my money on this property!

50th birthday nightmare
Worst Dreams experience ever! Dreams was horrible- we almost left and went to Marriott and I am a UVC high tier member. The manager was amazing though and did make sure to fix the issues. Overall though -- very disappointing. Food took over 2 hours for delivery on room service. Food was barely edible. Drinks were good though.

It was not a good experience. If you want to eat at dinner you should run to be the first. Because you need to wait too long to start eating at least 1 hour or more. The room was clean but my shower was not working very well. Instead of the bad part, the pool and the beach were very good. You can swimming and snorkeling.

WHERE DO I BEGIN .. .. ..
where do i begin. *phone didn't work. there were no labels but no matter what i pressed or dialed. NOTHING! *HVAC sucked. changed our room, it was the same. they gave out fans to people but collected them before check out. *Emailed them 10days prior about an upgrade and complimentary birthday decorations. STILL WAITING! *The app was whack. says restaurant open when it was closed, didn't work for room service when tried 1hr before closing. *Only 1 place to eat breakfast. *Buffet dinner in cafe had no lighting. *i made dinner reservations for my birthday. it wasn't on the list, plus staff lied about it even though verified twice day before. *The snack bar was inside the gift shop that closed at 830p. *Pool closes @8p but no available towels when went about 645p. *They denied entry of a cab driver that staff called for us when we came back. really? you let him in to pick us up! *think the oldest worker there was 25yo. *Entertainment was boring except 1st nite. *water pressure was low. *to get ice was only from the bar - i was on the 5th flr. *gave coupons for spa but had mad stipulations - didn't even use. visit curacao again, probably. dreams, NOT!
