    It's the Employees who make Dreams Come TRUE

    First , for what you pay there should be FREE!!! transportation to and from the airport. So you begin your holiday out of pocket for All inclusive. Whoever and whenever there is a taken over needs to do so NOW ! My bath tub is covered with mix match paint and sealant. But I pushed forward knowing that this is not the means to an end part of my vacation. Luckily I traveled solo But if I had a partner I would immediately demand to change rooms. The Employees are NICE KIND & POLITE Dreams is Lucky that they have a beach. The problem is you've spent so much time trying to promote your cubicles/ portables that you forgot the main face of of your company An overhaul within its business plan is a MUST. I have traveled and this is the MUST disappointing structural environment I have observed. Meaning renovations are needed. The cost you pay for in an All Inclusive hotel Is unacceptable. It's the Employees who make the Dreams come True.

    Horrible

    I stayed at the Dreams Resort and Casino room 320 to be exact. There was no air conditioning in the room the staff placed a huge rotation fan in the room😡 Secondly the sheets were not changed the room was dirty when asked to change rooms we were ignored This was a horrible experience

    Dreams with a few nightmares

    Floor 5 was noisy, and the doors did not close properly. No sound barrier inside the room to block hall noise. The beach with the rocks made it difficult to access the water.

    Overpriced for the over all experience

    The island is beautiful and very hot! We had a stunning ocean view room and it's the main reason I have given this hotel 3 stars. The balcony was lovely. Most people working there look like they really hate their jobs and have no clue about customer service for people paying a high price to have a vacation there. Our room and the room next to us both had things stolen by the staff. Management doesn't acknowledge the theft problem. The buffet food was not great the a la cartes were a lot better but not spectacular. Service was mostly very slow. The Management lies to you by saying that they are working on the air conditioning when in fact they are not and it's never working the whole time you are there. We never made it below 72 °F in our room. It made for an uncomfortable sleep. That is not air conditioning to us. The beds/ bedding are nice. The room itself has a mildew odor that permeates your belongings and is still on your things when you get home. The bathroom was a complete disaster with water leaking from the ceiling every night, a bathroom door so bloated and warped that it won't close. The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired most nights. Some was good though. Air Canada Vacations rates this hotel at five stars, IT IS NOWHERE NEAR 5 STARS! It's very expensive to stay here for what you get. Not worth it unless some major repairs and renovations happens and they hire staff who want the job and know how to do it well and get rid of the thieves.
