    Not as good as expected

    Poor food and restaurants not open enough. Have stayed in past but place has deteriorated. Good entertainment especially magic show. Had run of entire 3 resorts. Gelato machine broken several days. Small food portions. Clean rooms friendly staff. Yoga fun as was pool exercise class. Pools should be heated they were cold water.

    Not a great visit. Fiesta Americana next time

    Beautiful property, service sucks. Property mismanaged and lack of training & understaffing is evident. Restaurants - no reservation, no tech, no visibility, pay for play. Be ready to wait 2 hrs, every. night. AC not working. Not fixed despite asking every day. Pools not heated. Jacuzzi not heated. Bring a wetsuit if you plan on using the pool. Advertised as all inclusive but bars out of most liquors and mixes, so end up with selection of rubbing alcohol and cheap spirits.

    Best vacation!!

    Very clean room, comfortable beds. Excellent room service and housekeeping. Awesome Staff. Heidi was the best, For activities!!!! Vicki was a great server!!! The swim out pool room was the best. Food was great. Would visit again. Especially for the price.

    The resort and staff are so friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and comfortable as well. The food is very good and having access to Sunscapes and Secrets gives everyone a lot of variety. Bring water shoes, a little rocky getting in the water, but so worth it once you’re in!!!

    Highly recommend Dreams Cozumel!

    We had the most wonderful time at this resort! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and modern and full of amenities. Mini fridge was re-stocked daily with complementary water bottles, cans of soda, and juice boxes. There were also daily complimentary pringles and m&ms provided in the room to snack on. Rooms were kept clean and sanitized by wonderful housekeeping staff. In addition to the array of delicious restaurant options available to us between Dreams and nearby resorts (Sunscape & Secrets), there were friendly staff at pool side available to take food and beverage orders. Swim up bar was an option too! There were daily activities at the pool such as bingo, trivia, and water aerobics led by amazing staff! Heydy and Edwin (Dreams staff) were so much fun and made our family pool time memorable and engaging. Activities for children were available every day and the kids had a great time with resort staff while the adults could enjoy some time by the pool or beach. 10/10- would absolutely recommend this resort and come back again!!
