Had an amazing experience celebrating my birthday with my family. There was something for everyone and the food and drinks were delicious and something to come back to:) Ismael at the lobby bar made amazing drinks and had the good vibes always! Ivan at the front lobby set us up for the rest of the trip with spa treatments and beach cabanas! On my birthday Mario and his partner I can’t remember her name took great care of us! Loved every minute of the trip!

Beautiful property
We chose this resort based on reviews and pictures. Most of it is not true… there is a huge construction going on next door. Instead of quiet forest view you might get a construction war zone. We got upgraded but it took time and effort to get what we paid for. We paid for preferred room that only allows you access to adult side pools and bars. Be aware that with preferred level if you are staying on the dreams side you cannot get into the secrets restaurants for diner even adults only. You would have to pay extra… a lot of extra! Overall we enjoyed the day at the pool in the rented cabana and most of the restaurants. Like most people mention- it is a lot to walk from one side to another. We were not impressed with evening shows. Kids club was only for really little ones and teen longe was bare minimum. Pool tables for the most part. The best thing what we enjoyed was zip line tour as a family. It was nice as it was at the property (extra charge) Rooms were beautiful, modern and new and very spacious. Room service is a hit or miss. One day we waited 10 min another close to 2 hours and when ordered extra water in the evening it was over an hour. And we stayed during slow season. We stayed a week and had room service every day but never turn down service. Not sure if you have to request this or not but it was not a big deal for us. Lots of events going on from weddings to family outings and business meets. It can get loud at night.

I felt the cost was high for the amenities within the resort. The beach area is very less and with rocks and high tides we didnt enjoy as much beach area. The restaurants were ok

I would like to give a special shout out to Manuel and Daniel, our servers at El Patio Restaurant. They took such amazing care of us with tremendous warmth and attention to detail, which was greatly appreciated as we had a toddler and baby with us. They made the entire dinner feel extra special. Food here was delicious, we came back twice.

Week-long stay and a dream experience for a wedding
Our family stayed at Dreams Bahia Mita in Puerto Vallarta for a wedding, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The resort is stunning — modern, clean, and perfectly set against breathtaking ocean views that make every moment feel special. The staff truly stood out for their warmth and attentiveness; everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The food across the restaurants was consistently excellent, with plenty of delicious options for both adults and kids. Between the relaxing pools, the beautiful beach, and the variety of amenities, there was always something to enjoy. It was the perfect blend of luxury, fun, and genuine hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!
