Wonderful service
We are having a fantastic time and Paty is really taking wonderful care of us. We wanted a relaxing vacation and Paty is making sure that we don’t even have to leave the pool side!

Just BOOK it!
5 star everything!! Clean, services, food, drinks, entertainment!! Love everything about this resort! I have stayed here 5 times now! Manuel, McGill, Dario and Paddy were amazing servers. Absolutely above average always smiling and working their hardest. Nora at the gym was awesome. Yoga classes from FITFitbodies leaders were great! Rafael at the Pickleball courts was awesome. I would recommend this resort to everyone. It has so many options and opportunities to fit the needs of couples and families.

We’ll be coming back!
My family (two kids - 8, 4) loved it here. We had a Preferred Junior Suite and found it to be large enough to comfortably fit all of us + a weeks’ worth of our stuff. Our room was always cleaned very well, and if we needed anything additional, housekeeping was happy to provide. Overall, we liked the food at each restaurant. My favorite was Bahia Bites, the food truck next to the water park. The buffet always had plenty of options for my kiddos. A few standout things: The Explorer’s Club was a game changer. My kids would beg us to go, even when given the option to go to the pool or beach. It allowed my husband and I to enjoy some of the adults only restaurants without feeling guilty because we knew our kids were being well cared for and having so much fun. One time we went to pick them up and they refused to leave! We had great experiences with staff, but I want to recognize a few in particular: Adiel in entertainment was so fun and sweet with our kids, we were all sad to leave him; Jazmin and Ricardo with Amstar were very helpful when we kept needing to change our transport plans; and everyone at the front desk was also very accommodating for us. Because of the winter storm, we had to extend our trip a couple of days. I can’t thank Dreams enough for being so generous with allowing us to do that, keep our original room, and offer a nice rate for the inconvenience. It turned a stressful situation into a nice couple of bonus days.

Additionally, for guests bringing a car who wish to check-in early, a flat rate of $50 MXN per vehicle will be implemented on check-in day.
