    Great family resort!

    Overall great resort for families and weddings! I do feel the level of food options need working on! Some of the restaurants like Oceana, Seaside Grill and Portafino did offer great food and service!

    unfortunate and very disappointed

    my family and I were very displeased with her vacation, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was very surprised and disappointed in the rooms, the food was horrible the overall quality of the hotel was bad I would say 2-3 stars

    1/10 I would go for free.

    Awful smell on rooms, small buffet and cheap food. Restaurants food was bland and cold multiple times. For kids there’s barely activities. Alcohol options were cheap including the ones on the preferred area.

    Ranking Dreams dead last of the resorts Ive stayed at in the Riviera Maya

    STAY ELSEWHERE!!! If you like good food, nice beaches and swimming in the ocean - this is not the place for you. However if like high priced mediocrity, confined swimming pools and a distinct variance between their standard and "preferred members" this 100% your place. Staff is excellent and so was the sercice received throughout our stay here. That was the resorts saving grace. Being part of a 70 person wedding party - the general consensus was - NEVER AGAIN To wrap it up, Restaurants were horrible (at best), beach front/lagoon swimming conditions were swampy and gross, rooms were nice with comfy bedding, soft sheets and had most ammenities (shampoo, body wash, nice towels/robes/slippers, hair dryer, clothes steamer), mini bar stocked with basics (Dos-Equis, Coca-cola, Fanta, Sprite and waters), huge difference between the "prioroty" package vs the standard and not nearly worth the value. I would highly suggest a airbnb in the area if you're deadset on Puerto Adventuras as the area is lovely.
