    Well...

    If you'd actually like to eat well. I'd avoid unfortunately. Staff are very nice though and the beach is nice, very good views. But genuinely, the food and drink... as a brit I'm incredibly disappointed unfortunately and I can't recommend it in good faith.

    Great property and staff, food needs improvement.

    The rooms were clean and property well kept. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was in a gated community so there was no one selling you trinkets on the beach or bugging you. Could use more chairs by the beach. À la carte restaurants were ok, buffet was pretty blah for every meal. Not much variety and food sat out for a long time.

    Great Family Stay!

    great overall experience, staff were amazing and very friendly and were very kind to our kids. Food was okay overall. Asian and Italian resturants were the best ones.

    Mediocre at Best

    There are a lot of reasons to want to love this facility and a lot of reasons to feel the opposite. The food was definitely way below average for the price they command and the experience was night and day between our two different nights. Our first stay was welcoming and easy with great customer service. Our return stay was the complete opposite. Late check-in, room quality issues, food quality issues, customer service wasn’t in line to correct the problems. Held hostage at checkout over and Expedia billing issue and forced to double pay for the room and resolve back home so we wouldn’t miss our flight. I’d advise to stay near playa del Carmen. You’ll get way better bang for your buck there

    Dreams Puerto Adventururas Dec ‘25

    Traveled with my husband first week of Dec ‘25. Fantastic AI resort. Only 300 rooms so small and easy to find everything. Coffee shop, ice cream shop, and bar in lobby were amazing! All A la Carte restaurants are first come first serve. (We got there early and never had to wait more that 5 mins) Staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. Treated us like royalty! Tons of fresh beach/ pool towels at all hours of the day. We were in a Preferred Club Marina view room with a king bed. Huge bathroom with big bright shower. Had a balcony that faced the marina and Prefered Club pool on 4th floor. Comfy bed with a great pillow menu. Really our only complaint was the beach. Although the man made wall made for zero waves, it made the water murky and unclear ( like you’re used to in that area of Mexico). The sand/ coral underfoot was also a little squishy and slimy in spots. Warm like a bathtub and great for kiddos. But I missed the crystal clear turquoise water we were used to. Town of Puerto Adventuras is incredibly safe and walkable. Try any restaurants for a change of pace, watch the dolphins play, tour the marina and definitely try a Gelato restaurant( or 2 lol). Highly recommend the outdoor market on Wednesday mornings.
