Great and amazing. would recommend and consider coming back !

My wife and I overall experience was amazing. The food was great, perfectly cooked and all the buffet/food areas were clean and bug free. The room was clean and comfortable and the overall architecture was beautiful. We felt very welcomed by the entire hotel personnel which went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and safe.

Second time and still amazing!! Going back next year for a third!

Just returned from our second visit to Dreams Macao April 19-26. We went last April and fell in love with the place and the staff. We have been to about 20 different all-inclusives over the years and have never repeated the same resort. We liked most of them but there is always a reason to try a different one next time. That is until we found Dreams Macao! I was a little afraid that lightning wouldn’t strike twice, so to speak. Could our repeat visit be just as good? The short answer: Absolutely! The best part of this resort is the service. Everyone is friendly and they have quick service at every bar. They also have servers take drink orders everywhere, the main pool, the preferred pool, the waterpark and the beach. And they come around often, faster than we could drink. The food at the buffet was good and the food at the a la cartes were great. We love a good tenderloin and they had a fantastic one at 2 of the a la cartes. The seafood Oceana and the steakhouse Seaside Grill. We also ate at the Japanese, the Mexican and the Italian. All great. The main reason we like this resort is the staff. If you are friendly and nice, they really try to connect with you. It’s not just about the tips either, although we do tip fairly often. They are just friendly and social and willing to please. The list is fairly long but I feel the need to mention a few of them so management can see their names and give out recognition. Our butler, Eribelto, is amazing. We had him two years in a row now. We didn't have a ton of requests this year and he kept asking us what we needed. When we didn't really need anything he would give us suggestions and ideas. The man is actually giving himself extra work to try to make us happy. Crazy since he looks after about 30 rooms at a time. Loreto at the Waterpark bar was awesome, he made a secret passionfruit drink for my wife who loves passionfruit. He wouldn't tell us what it was called, he just said it was a secret so we ordered it as Loreto’s secret passionfruit drink all week long. Also at the waterpark, Edinson and Luis looked after us and always checked on us. Alexander the lifeguard was great and we had a few laughs with him. Rigoberto the Preferred pool Concierge is fantastic. Always checking on us. Francesca, the server that we saw at the preferred pool, the beach and the preferred lounge is a star! She works everywhere! Once when we caught her at the beach bar she made the best passionfruit mojito we ever tasted and we had plenty of them from every bar! The coffee ladies work so hard and are so friendly. Kendry and Kenia especially. Victoria and Nairobi at the preferred lounge bar were fun and Jorge was always working his tail off at the lobby bar. The entertainment team here is amazing. They treated us, and my teen daughters like gold! Especially Victor OG. That young man is a rising star. So genuine and nice and fun. My daughters are still talking about him days later. He has so much energy for such a long day in the sun followed by a long night of entertaining. Also we were treated great by Babyface, Heidi and Ninja. Ninja is hilarious, always smiling and laughing. Babyface is always happy and friendly. We are happy we chose to return to this resort for a second time and guess what, we are planning our third visit for next April already!

    Terrific Family Vacation

Terrific family vacation with my wife and five year olds that we’ll remember for many years to come! Recommend booking a preferred room, for several perks and a more luxurious feeling, including access to additional pools (1 family, 1 adults), an additional restaurant and dining event, food & drinks in preferred lounge, a golf cart ride to a more exclusive check in and a butler. Our butler Miguel sent us daily schedules which allowed us to plan our day with kids activities and build up excitement, and he helped coordinate some things while we were there. The Kids/Explorer’s club for 3-12 year olds was well run with friendly, welcoming staff that connected well with our kids and entertained them whenever they were there. Between Moana, Lindura, Rosa, and Rapunsel, we felt comfortable off on our own while the kids were able to partake in some creative activities, like painting and similar crafts, kids’ cooking class, and movie times. Our kids seemed empowered and confident while there and enjoyed the rock climbing wall, trampoline and availability of healthy snacks like apples. Our entire family enjoyed the club’s poolside Birthday event with an interactive show, piñatas, and sweet treats. Whenever we dropped off the kid(s), they gave us a local cell in case we needed to be reached (which we didn’t actually need to use us but having it available was appreciated). My daughter also loved dancing under the disco ball at the nightly kids dancing event as we left dinner and we enjoyed playing life sized chess nearby as a family. We enjoyed the main / infinity pool the best, where our server Santa took great care of us, there was often music and very inclusive events with food, a swim up bar and beautiful views of the beach. Other pools were nice too as were the lazy river and waterslides. Life guards were attentive and on point, quickly rescuing someone nearby us in need of urgent help in a pool. Beach was beautiful, with servers, lifeguards, security and games to entertain. If only the water had been calmer while we were there. There were some outside vendors walking through but they seemed to move along without issue once we expressed we weren’t interested. All the staff was amazing and service was great! Food was above our expectation for an all inclusive, especially surprised by the buffet. Teppanyaki added a fun experience for the kids, while their consistently available kids menu provided a nice safety net as well. Before our trip, I was a bit uncertain having read some oddly vague posts about people getting sick, but I now wonder if theses are from disgruntled former employees or competing hotels as we had no issues despite eating a wide variety including things with raw fish like tuna tartare. The arcade is run by a third party and is a bit small, so we only used for a couple of hours one evening, yet we enjoyed and the kids asked to go back. I had read online someone was able to negotiate with their rates and we found this to be the case as well, bringing things to a level we found more reasonable. We didn’t have time to try, but nice that they had bowling too. I appreciated the gym featured one Peloton bike and two additional stationary spin bikes, all with foot baskets and spd clips. They host a lot of weddings, sometimes multiple per day, but the grounds are large so we never felt overcrowded. When the music seemed a bit loud from one party one night, the staff was able to reach out to request the music be lowered and let us know the party would wrap up by 10pm that particular evening. I was a bit surprised nobody mentioned the Hyatt Inclusive app, which we had downloaded prior to the trip, as we found its map and info helpful as an additional resource.

I would highly recommend! the security around The entire hotel was wonderful from the beach area to the pool area. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was great. We stayed at the preferred side in an ocean front view, and it was incredible. For an all inclusive resort, the food was good. Amazing Place

My wife and I had our wedding here, and it was absolutely perfect. The resort is immaculately clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The food far exceeded my expectations — I've been to many all-inclusive resorts where the food is just okay, but here it truly impressed me. Our beach wedding was flawless, and the photographer was outstanding — his creativity and energy gave us so many amazing photos that we’ll cherish forever. A special shoutout to Greisy Jimenez, who handled our wedding and was absolutely amazing! Luis Murray, our concierge, was also fantastic — super friendly and always ready to help. Baby Face brought such great energy to our wedding, giving a special dance performance that everyone loved. Even the coffee here was a pleasant surprise — really good, which you don’t always find at resorts like this. All in all, 10/10 — we would 100% come back and highly recommend this place to anyone.
