Dec 29, 2025Zoraida is the best at Dreams Dominicus La Romana
We have vacationed in the Punta Cana area many times, and to the Dreams Dominicus twice. Both times we had Zoraida as our Personal Concierge. What great service! She was professional, caring and friendly. In fact, her great service, along with the rest of the staff, was a contributing factor for our return. The resort itself is a little older but beautifully maintained. We also, enjoy the variety of delicious foods and the choice of pools. In the morning Zoraida made sure we had a list of the days many activities, then found us several times a day to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Zoraida!!! And see you in 2026!

Amazing hotel
Beautiful hotel in Caribbean Sea with lovely beach. Many pools and good entertainment. Food was delicious and in abundance and service excellent.

Great Vacation
Beach and location is fantastic. All wait staff, beach staff,bell hops, check-in, excursion, bar and housekeeping staff were excellent and many went way above and beyond. Unfortunately we only remember a few names, but we know there were many more.. Garibaldy Carlos Maximo Mauricio Yaribel

Dec 27, 2025Disappointing family holiday to Dreams Dominicus La Romana in the Dominican Republic
I’m not sure you’ll want to publish this review. Worst family holiday ever and we have been travelling together with our boys for the last 20 years. I ended up in hospital for 2 nights in Punta Cana private hospital with a gastrointestinal bacterial infection - read into that what you will. My son 2 days later also ended up with vomiting and diarrhoea and was out of action for a day or so. I don’t think I’ll be travelling to the Dominican Republic again after our experience. Really disappointing as I was so looking forward to our holiday and it cost a lot. I’ll stick to Europe next time in the hope that the standards are much better.

My second stay and food at the restaurants à la carte were better than last year. The only down sides were at the preferred restaurant at the beach. Super loud dancing music played at 0700 AM for breakfast (TERRIBLE) and NO TOASTER AVAILABLE for the last three days. It is unacceptable! I will still go back next year but please please management do something!
