The resort is nestled just across the way from Palm Beach, as well as legendary Druif Beach. Very nice property
We arrived just before the pandemic was declared. So, we did not stay our full 16 days. However, the staff at the Golf and Beach Club were pleasant, helpful and kind, in very difficult and challenging times. The beach was close and clean as was the ocean.
Great place with all the amenities
We love Aruba, and spend 3 weeks at the Divi Golf every year. We always do the all inclusive because it really is the best deal. There are so many restaurants and bars to choose from, lots of entertainment, several pools and of course the beautiful turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea.
We have been traveling to Aruba for quite a few years. We always made it a point to have a Saturday morning breakfast at Mulligans, and a dinner or two. Never again, the breakfast that we were served was abysmal, we were served about a half cup of "breakfast potatoes" which were small cubes of frozen potatoes which were hard as rocks and eggs that were comparable in size to pigeon eggs. I understand that cost is a concern for the resort, but this is as close to a rip-off there is. Needless to say that was our first and last breakfast there and we did not return for any dinners
The resort is very nice, great location, and very spacious rooms. Swimming pool was nice and getting checked in and out was very easy. The staff are very friendly and housekeeping is great—just tell them what you want and you got it.
16 years in a row to Aruba and last 10 to the Divi Golf and Beach Resort
We obviously thoroughly enjoy traveling to Aruba. Our favorite resort is the Divi Golf and Beach. The one bedroom apartments are large, very comfortable and in magnificent visual settings. They all have two bathrooms as well. You have views of the golf course and the Infinity pool. The staff at the resort is the best that we have ever encountered. From the moment that we set foot on the property we feel totally at home. From the welcome we receive at the main hotel lobby (along with a welcome Rum cocktail) to the most friendly and outgoing staff anywhere in the world we are at home. Fray, the "birdman" whose whistling talent imitates all kinds of native birds and Roscio who, with a constant smile and the warmest expression of hospitality, hands out towels at the pool are just two of these marvelous examples of Aruban warmth. No wonder it is nicknamed :"ONE HAPPY ISLAND". We will always return to this Caribbean paradise.
