Or, for a more relaxing experience, you can visit the spa instead. Flickering candles cast dancing shadows on the wall as you're guided by a therapist through each step of an instructional massage session designed for couples staying at the resort. "The Art of Touch" is just one of the treatments at Indulgence by the Sea, the resort's spa.
Treat your lover to a candlelit dinner at the beachfront restaurant, Toucan's, or choose an outdoor table just a few feet from the water's edge. Try the snapper for dinner, and you won't be disappointed. Candlelight, moonlight and the crashing of the surf make Toucan's a dreamy place for sweethearts.
Whether you stay in one of the beachfront guest rooms or in a hilltop suite, you'll feel privileged to be staying at this resort. St. Maarten, morning coffee and a gorgeous view of Little Bay or Great Bay from the comfort of your private patio or balcony is a great way to start the day.

This was our first time to St. Martin and staying at Divi Little Bay. We enjoyed it so much we've decided to plan another visit in the future staying at Divi again. The expanse of the property is phenomenal. No need to leave the resort for exercise, just do a few laps around the property while enjoying the landscaping, and you'll have your steps in for the day, or, visit the fitness room. A very beautiful well maintained resort with exceptional staff. Everyone was pleasant, professional and willing to help if you had a glitch in your plans. Our room was very spacious, quiet and most importantly, clean! We seldom heard any noise from the outside hallway or neighboring rooms. The view from the balcony was great, watching the ships passing in the distance. The bed and bedding was comfortable...actually better than ours at home. There are several restaurants to choose from ranging in light snacks to fine dining. Gizmo's, the beach side bar, is where we spent a few of our evenings being entertained by Jordan, (great bartender and quite amusing), and the various entertainment venues they hired. There are a few small retail shops; coffee shop, convenient store, clothing store, an activity center for kids, and a spa. A beach shop offering beach gear, snorkeling equipment, dive tours, kayaks and much more. If you have forgotten anything at home, they probably have it at one of their shops. The parking lot is gated so no need to worry about your rental car and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is staffed and you are able to come and go at any time as often as you like. There is even a rental car agency on property. The beach is beautiful, mostly sandy, rocky in some smaller areas, and well kept. Seaweed is raked up early each morning. There are multiple pools to choose from, (7 ?), located in different areas of the resort so you're never far from a pool. The hot tub is located in the central part of the resort with the main pools. A concierge is located in the main lobby to help with exploring the island and tours. We've stayed at the Divi Carina Resort and Casino on St. Croix and now Dive Little Bay and had a wonderful time at both. We have been so impressed with the Divi properties we will definitely be considering their other resorts when we travel.
Divi-Another Great Stay
We have justed stayed for our second time at Divi Little Bay,St Martin, again the stay was Awesome, Resort Rooms are Very Top Knotch, Food was very good and the Grounds are like no other, Beautiful and Extremly well kept. From Front Desk checkin, Bellhops, Serving Staff, Cart Drivers, Maids service, and Everyone there we couldnt ask for better experiance. Even tho we had to shorten the stay because of the Virus situation, our group of friends are saying we need to get back here ASAP. Thanks to all the Staff for being there for us!!!
Great vacation despite Corona Virus complications
The resort is gorgeous. Beautiful scenery, calm sandy beach, great pools, wonderful restaurants and entertainment, caring competent staff. The virus and associated airport uncertainty, led to a very stressful time period. The Divi staff went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay despite these complications. Sabrina, reception manager, and Gilberto at the Pureocean restaurant, made certain that we would look forward to our next vacation, at Divi Little Bay, when the virus crisis is behind us. Thanks to all at the Divi. (We are 20 year members and know of what we speak).
DIVI Little Bay
Our stay was cut short by the Corona virus, but the 2 nights at Divi Little Bay resort was beautiful. Loved our accommodations and our beautiful resort! The view of the ocean from our balcony was breathtaking!
Perfect Getaway Resort
When the Pandemic passes and travel is once again possible, enjoy the beauty, outstanding service, and relaxation offered at Divi Little Bay. My husband and I have been traveling to St. Maarten yearly for a very long time (even shortly after Hurricane Irma). On average we stay 3 weeks. We were looking for a change of Resort and this year decided to try Divi Little Bay. We were so glad we did as we love the resort and will be returning next year and many years to come. Several employees we knew from other resorts now work there and we felt at home from day one. We stayed in a Casita (unit 31) overlooking the 3 tiered pureocean pool with a fabulous view of the ocean. The unit had a comfortable porch, open kitchen-dining-living room area, a bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious bathroom and laundry room. Our unit was steps from the beautiful beach, restaurants and main pool. My husband has knee issues and difficulty walking longer distances. The location of the Casitas (as well as units right along the beach) are perfect as we didn't need to rely on a golf cart pick-up to get around the resort. The units located along the hill have nice views but more walking is involved and would be a bit more difficult for those with mobility issues. The units on the hill have either ocean or lagoon views. A unit facing Great Bay has a rather dark view at night. Facing little bay (the ocean) in our opinion is a better view day and night. The restaurants were all great and were varied to fit what you might be in the mood for. Pureocean serves a buffet breakfast and dinner (The lobster special is outstanding), Gizmos is a beachside grill, Seabreeze and Pureocean pool and bar are great for sandwiches, salads, etc. and drinks, Pureroc serves food on a lava rock and The Shack is a great grab and go eatery (bbq, mac & cheese, etc). There is also a little cafe for coffee, ice cream, desserts, etc. There is an adult pool and a small pool next to Seabreeze Restaurant but the main three tier pool is where we spent most of our time. Because of the spacious pool area, there are plenty of lounge chairs and space to relax along with a swim up bar and great pool bar staff (James was outstanding!) Divi is close to Philipsburg for shopping, etc and overall is in a great location!
