Amazing stay.
The resort was gorgeous and the amenities you get for the price is exceptional. The pool is amazing, and well maintained. The pool is located right in front of the beach, which means an amazing view. Otherwise, the resort is gorgeous and in a perfect location. Concierge/Front desk: The concierges were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to inform me on multiple excursions and activities on site and around the island. The resort has it's own private taxi service which is great, because you just put your name down and a time that you need to be somewhere (if time constraints permit) and they'll have a taxi ready for you at that time. The taxi drivers were so kind, and were more than willing to show you around the island and hidden gems around the island. Dining: I've seen some of the other reviews say that the dining options are limited, but in reality all of the locations have a variety of options that change every day which means you aren't having the same thing every day. The drink options are unlimited at the pool bar, and the bartenders are more than willing to make you a fun drink for you to try. Casino: The casino was fun and clean. Keep in mind that if you go up to the bar to order a drink, tell them that you're at a game playing because the drinks are complimentary and you don't have other pay for it. Staff: The staff was amazing, fun, and truly cared. All (or at least most) of the staff rotate to different restaurants or bars, which is great because the staff is exceptional. Rooms: The rooms were great and beautiful, I believe all are waterfront which makes it even better. The beds are comfortable, and the room service is great, they do an amazing job. Overall: I highly recommend this resort and it's a perfect place to stay. Very tranquil and fun.

Please do not stay here
Bottom line, we thought we booked an all inclusive vacation and would not have to leave the resort for excursions and beach time, just to basically avoid vomiting from the smell sargassum, which staff told us was a seasonal, summer, occurrence. This is misleading on their web-site. The staff at the buffet and The Tuscany restaurant were not welcoming and at times we felt as if we were a bother to them. It took over an hour to get our food at the Tuscany restaurant. The resort location felt secluded. The gym and casino were across the street from the resort and we did not feel safe walking over there. It definitely did not feel that they were part of the resort. We had multiple problems with our room and the room door being left open.

Motel ^
Out of all the resorts i have visited. I would rate this resort a C-. I would not revisit or recommend this resort to anyone. The following items should be address: 1. No greeting upon arrival. Most resorts offer some type of beverage upon arrival. 2. Game room pool table is in disarray. Pool table pockets were split and wouldn't hold the ball, should be replaced not taped. Table has two holes in it, needs to be recover. 3. One of two restaurants were closed the entire visit. The Bar/grill closed at 10:30pm. No food, beverages or room services are offered. No snack machines on property. Never been to a resort were everything closes before midnight. 4. Pool needs to be drained and bottom repainted. Paint has peel off. Sunna should be clean two to three times a day to remove debris from the tree nearby. 5. The beach area was not accessible due to the seaweed. Although there was a notice. The amount of seaweed or odor was not disclosed on the web site. 6. The resort entertainment was very poor. 7. A lot of stainless steel item have signs of pitting and should be resurfaced to like new condition or replaced at least in the cooking areas. 8. Repair/replace rusted steel in stairway areas. A good paint job wouldn't hurt for the entire resort. 9. For an all inclusive resort, the mini frig should be stock with beverages not just two bottles of water, which was not refill daily. 10. You might want to consider adding more flowers to the landscape. 11. Water fountains not working/need cleaning in the recreation area. This area should be cleaned daily. 12. Walkways that can't be mopped should rinsed off with water in the morning Thank You in advance for considering these recommendations

Disappointing Stay – More Like a Motel Than a Resort (1–2 Stars)
If you’re expecting a traditional all-inclusive resort experience, this is not the place. Our overall stay was deeply underwhelming and I would give this “resort” a 1–2 star rating at best. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a small, very basic property — more reminiscent of a roadside motel than a tropical resort. First Impressions The layout and scale of the property immediately give away its limitations. It’s compact, lacking atmosphere, and feels more like a senior center retreat than a vacation destination. Staffing is minimal, and there’s an overall absence of energy and hospitality. Food & Beverage Options This is where the resort fails the most in delivering on the “all-inclusive” promise. Buffet: Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, with no variety — the same limited options every day. Restaurants: The one Italian restaurant onsite was closed due to an “air conditioning issue,” with no alternative offered. Pool Bar: The only bar is by the pool, which also serves some grilled items, but it’s chronically understaffed despite the resort being nearly empty (~20 guests max). Coffee Shop: Only open in the morning and closes at 11am — not ideal if you're hoping for an afternoon pick-me-up. Resort Beach This was one of the biggest letdowns. Unusable in Summer: The beach was completely inaccessible due to thick seaweed buildup. The smell of seaweed/sewage was strong throughout the property and even inside the rooms. Free Shuttle to Alternative Beach: While the resort offers a shuttle to a public beach, it’s not seamless. You must sign up in advance, and on weekends, the beach is packed with locals. Resort guests are often left feeling out of place or pushed aside. Pool & Jacuzzi There is only one pool, and it appears to receive minimal maintenance. In fact, my sons took it upon themselves to help keep it clean during our stay — something that should never be necessary at a resort. Entertainment Extremely basic and very low energy. Daytime: A few scheduled activities like bingo, card games, and karaoke, but nothing that stands out. Evening: Almost no evening entertainment. The vibe is very quiet and uneventful, which might be fine for retirees, but not for families or couples looking for fun. Transportation Be prepared for high taxi fares. Almost any trip will cost you $40–$50+ round trip, and some drivers even charge extra for luggage. There are no reliable or affordable alternatives provided by the resort. Final Thoughts This is not a resort I would return to or recommend. The lack of amenities, limited food options, poor beach access, and absence of resort-level service makes it feel like a budget motel rather than a relaxing getaway. It’s a shame, because with proper management and investment, the location could have potential — but as it stands, you’re better off looking elsewhere.
