Aug 25, 2025Don't Do It!!!!!
The security is non-existent. People from other hotels using pools, games and facilities at there own desire. I traveled to Marriott-Hilton and Hyatt and were greeted by security and allowed to beach--but I could not use all facilities. Also, 95% of ice machines did not work!!!

Keeping us coming year after year after year.
This is our second visit to the Divi Phoenix, and I’ve never considered buying a timeshare before, but this is the one place where I would be happy coming for the rest of my life. Aruba in itself is a beautiful island, has amazing restaurants, incredible weather year-round and is the safest place in the Caribbean. However, the Phoenix, staff takes us to a whole new level. From the lobby staff the stores, the bar, Staff and our favorite folks, the pool and beach staff- shout out to Sandra M, always so courteous and kind. Jhon I, Maicol G & Juan - the pool and beach. Staff, who made sure the beach was always incredible and we always had what we needed. Palm Beach is absolutely beautiful, but the beach right in front of this resort is even better because it is calm and seems private. It doesn’t have the crowds and hustle and bustle that can be experienced and the other parts of Palm Beach. However, you minutes away from incredible restaurants and shopping. The rooms are spacious, clean, and updated. There are 4 places to eat here the café has great breakfast sandwiches, cappuccinos, and ice cream. The sit down pool restaurant has a variety of food option, the beach pool restaurant has sandwiches, pizzas, and light fare - at night there a fine dining restaurant right on the beach. I visited various other hotels on Palm Beach and visited Eagle Beach area and Bay Beach area and I can say that this is our favorite. Both because of the location and because of the staff, they are just so gracious and accommodating. I’ll definitely keep coming to this hotel for all my Caribbean vacations from now on.

Overall enjoyed stay this review is to explain to someone else that was in my shoes when booking room. Being unable to see the full room, room number (so you know what floor you’d at least be on) AND view from balcony prior to purchase doesn’t make sense to me. If I had known 1/2 my view was going to be of a pillar wouldn’t have booked. Not looking to stay at Taj Mahal, but only getting one picture of bed your gonna be sleeping in doesn’t make sense to me. Inside the room was nice; had a kitchen, full fridge, bathroom (can’t open door fully because it hits the toilet), extra couch, massive TV. But didn’t know how any of this would look until we walked in the room.
