    Amazing

    Come here every year. It keeps getting better every year. This year we brought family and friends. Had 3 rooms and the service was amazing. A special thank you to the beach staff. Joel, Julio, and Ariel that are always very attentive to uor every need. Thank you and see you next year.

    Divi Phoenix - Your Arubian Home Away from Home

    We recently stayed at the Divi Phoenix in Aruba, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The facilities remained comfortable and well-maintained, and the beach was beautiful and clearly maintained. What made our stay extraordinary was the level of service. Sandra Mora at the towel desk was fantastic. She greeted us every day with a smile and treated us like royalty. She even remembered us from previous stays, which made us feel incredibly welcome. On the beach, Julio was both funny and exceptionally helpful, quickly assisting us with a replacement 'raft" after ours popped. A bonus was meeting Lucy, a three-week-old goat who pranced and sprang into the air on the beach with her "person." The Divi Phoenix continues to feel like our Aruban home away from home. The warmth, hospitality, and dedication of the staff are what keep us coming back.

    Best and least crowded on Palm Beach

    Quiet clean rooms on Palm Beach best on Palm Beach in my opinion as other resorts are packed. Service food staff all very friendly. Fitness gym fantastic. CocktailpartyMonday at 5 pm lots of fun music prizes free drinks and some food. The beach crew lead by Julio is best on Island they open chairs at 7 AM and work quickly and huts availiblle into day…Pool is very big and a few Happy Hours at bars… been coming to Aruba 35 years I high.y recommend.

    Better every year!

    This is my 8th or 9th time back and it does not disappoint. Rooms have been renovated and process improvements have been made to check-in/checkout-out making for a better experience. A constant has been the great service provided at the beach. Shout out to Julio and the guys for the beach chairs as well as Sandra and the towel personnel. Always helpful with any questions. The bulk of our time is at the beach so it’s up early to claim our favorite hut. Leaving today but already have our reservation in for next year.

    Great experience at the divy Phoenix

    The food is fantastic and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Bartenders are great. I have befriended many of them coming through the years. Julio and Joel are great attendants for the beach and pool and assisted me daily. Great employees. I've known Julio for many years. He's always been very helpful when needing chairs and assistance.
