    Not as good as expected forvthe orice, not worth it.

    Nice hotel, not a 5 star for sure. Very few restaurants available for diner. The music at the pool is incredibly loud all day. No way to relax at all. It starts ok in the morning but by 11, you can’t hear yourself thinking… The rooms are clean and quiet and service is good. Unfortunately, not be back ar this hotel .

    Great experience, great food, and great service.

    I had a great stay at Devossion by Live Aqua. I booked the Elixer Suite which includes butler service. Everyone on the property was very accommodating, but my butlers, Katharine and Luis, were exceptional. They made sure that my stay was the best possible. They even arranged to have my morning espresso delivered to my room every morning at 5:00. The property is very well maintained, the food is great, and the ambiance is very relaxed. I would definitely stay here again.

    Amazing luxury vacation

    We had an absolutely incredible experience, and so much of that was because of the amazing staff. Pepe, our waiter at the Italian restaurant, was exceptional. He was incredibly kind and attentive — he even brought me a separate chair just for my purse so it wouldn’t have to sit on the ground. That level of thoughtfulness truly stood out. Roberto, our bartender for two days, was so sweet and personable. What impressed me most was that out of all the guests he serves daily, he remembered my exact drink order. That kind of attention makes you feel genuinely valued. Veni, our pool service waiter, was always smiling and full of positive energy. You could clearly see how hard he works to keep everyone happy, and he never once lost his friendly attitude. Andres, the manager, went above and beyond for us more than once. The property is large, but he was always available — helping with directions, answering every question we had, and making sure everything ran smoothly. Yari was also wonderful — extremely kind and welcoming to both me and my boyfriend throughout our stay. Finally, Paloma at the front desk made our checkout seamless. She ensured our bags were taken care of and allowed us to continue enjoying the amenities while we waited for our ride to the airport. Every single one of these individuals made our trip special. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our entire experience. We can’t wait to come back!

    Best service ever!

    We just had the most amazing dinner at the devossions Mexican restaurant and it was made extra special for our party of 16 friends by our server Omar. He did an amazing job, thanks Omar…. You are the best!!!
