    Love this Resort

    We have been going to Desire RM annually for at least 18 years. The boutique style of the resort is wonderful. The staff, many that have been there for years are always smiling and accommodating. The groundskeepers should be so proud as the landscaping is always immaculate. The basic rooms are just that, but always clean and well maintained. Other than sleeping, we spend very little time in our room. The pools and Hot tub are great. One active pool and one quiet. If you are into some light beach volleyball, LEO ( actually the Lifeguard) Always makes the games fun for all participants! The evening lobby shows are very high energy and entertaining, which you can follow up with the new Disco, which is excellent! Just want to mention some of the staff that made our stays so welcoming over the years. Arcos our Bellman Miguel -pool side Carlos- Bartending Leo- Volleyball And of course this years play makers-Bella, Mauricio, Monica, Pina, Bamban, Chiara.

    Quiet friendly atmosphere. Let's you be more outgoing. The ambiance is very tropical. The resort is pool centered. Love the ani

    Resort is very chill with parties at night. The parties start late, so include a nap in your day. Resort is pool orientated. Beach is nice but not the focal point. Staff is amazing no matter where you go. Guests are relaxed and friendly. Food is ok. Didn't stay long enough to enjoy all restaurants. Quiet pool is really nice. Tropical atmosphere. Almost like you are in jungle . Local animal life is amazing. Resident black cat my coffee shop is my best friend now. Felt amazing. Resort is very good for ego .

    Desire is amazing

    We love desire. We go a few times a year and always have a blast. The staff are amazing and the playmakers are always on point. Bella is our favorite playmaker. She is always so happy and welcoming. We love Johnathan at the melange bar. He always has our drinks ready before we even order them! Gustavo at the hot tub bar at night was and is always a pleasure. He makes our drinks before we are even getting into the hot tub, he also spent time helping me correct my pronunciation. Brian from the premier club is always great to see and chat with and Mario made our check in smooth and every time he saw us made sure we were happy. Our butler Erica was new but she was always looking for us and making sure we had reservations made. Mike was our night butler and would always ask if we needed anything and helped fix a weird noise in our room that we couldn’t pinpoint. Desire is such a great vibe, whether you are there for the atmosphere, food or service they are all top notch!

    Amazing Spa Experience

    From the friendly faces of Rosi & Jesus on the front desk, to the incredible massage by Ariely & Jessica, we found the entire experience next level! It was so good, we walked away feeling like we should have paid more!! 🙂 I cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be going back.

    HOT AND GREAT EXPEREINCE

    What an amazing experience !!! Great Place but Personnel make the difference at the Pool Bar AFRIKA went the extra mile !! What a Great server Thanks Afrika for spoiling us she event got us Coconut water for an upset stomach!! The Play makers amazing but extra shout forChiara, Mauricio and Monica !!! Their energy is amazing !! Our Buttler service was super nice too. All shows were super nice!!!! We will be back for sure !!!!
