Best All Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta
If you are on the fence..... don't be!! Book this resort! I promise you will not be disappointed. My husband and I took our 12 yo and 1 yo son with us to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary and we all loved it. Every thing was smooth sailing. We took an uber and it dropped us off right infront of the lobby. The check in process was awesome! ALL staff was super professional and courteous. The hotel was was super clean and the bedding was clean and super comfortable. The matress was also great! The activities for the children were well planned out. All of the food was amazing, and I am a reliable source since I am Mexican American. The pools were beautiful and most importantly, clean. The towels for the pool were clean, large and smelled good. The staff were always very accommodating. On our last night, they even bought our a little cake for our anniversary. When we needed to get to one of the other pools in the resort or to the buffet, we would call for a golf cart and they would arrive within 5-7 minutes. We will definitely be back.

Don’t sleep on this place!
Group of 10 Canadians for a family holiday including 3 kids under 7. The resort is beautiful! Such a great alternative so don’t sleep on it. Kids club is not developed yet but has a space marked in the new building 6. Yamile did great activities with our three little including some pool time and crafts. If you don’t want the be harassed by entertainment staff all day every day with loud music and games then this place is for you! Breakfast in the new building 6 is a bit of a trek depending where you are staying on resort but is the best breakfast! Bartending was legit! Maybe partially since the resort was maybe only half full but they got it right every time and had lots of good suggestions! Thanks Regino, Octavio, Enrique, Luciano, Emilio and Eduardo! Oh and did I mention Regino! There are concerns of less meal options but the one thing that we enjoyed was that lunches are not a buffet but rather served poolside so we didn’t need to leave, loose chairs, etc. Dinner was the only meal we wished had an option other than the main buffet or the Japanese. I beleive this will be coming soon with the completion of building 6 where there looks to be a new resteraunt going in on the roof with the adult pool. We would suggest staying in building 5 personally and can’t wait to book another trip back! Don’t disregard just because it is not on the beach! The beach setup is sweet with a full sit down meal service option!

Delta! My go to hotel!
I had an amazing experience, this is our second visit and I guess many to come! Hotel amenities are top notch, food was amazing and drinks I can’t even count how many! At the restaurant Guadalupe and Axiri provided great service with awesome attitude. For sure we will be coming back. First time was baby moon and now with our 9month old!

Mostly A Good Experience
The staff was very friendly and responsive. People who tip will get the best service. This is not the best resort for those with mobility issues. The entire resort is built up a hillside. They have "golf carts" to move you around but not enough if the resort is full. The best food quality is at the beach club. The poolside food is also pretty good. I would rate the Teppanyaki restaurant an "A" for the show and a "B" for food quality. The buffet is very hit and miss, better for breakfast than dinner. We had some made to order Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo that was very tasty. You should be able to find something you like. I uploaded some of the menus. The were a few small issues with our room that were easily fixed. The AC worked well. This place is about pool time and relaxing.

Great value for your money in Puerto Vallarta.
Great property and amazing value for your money. Victor from the check in area gave a VERY unexpected upgrade. Also Fernando from the buffet restaurant and Erik from the Media Luna Pool bar went above and beyond to give us the best possible service. This property is great for families with kids that are looking for a tranquil and enjoyable time. My one and only complaint came from the fact that the main buffet lacked the proper air conditioning system. It was very hot at times specially during dinner times. Overall I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for great value and excellent customer service.
