    Great

    Arnoldo with great at the gym keeping it clean and safe the food was ok but I ate. The pool is nice wish it was bigger but I doesn’t get too crowded since the beach is right there

    I feel the need to review this place, not because of the place but for its people. I can not highlight enough the incredible customer service my family and I had experienced in this place, if it wasn’t because of them, this review will be completely different. So as I said, I would like to bring to your attention four names that I do believe need a recognition for the fantastic job they are doing, for the love and passion shown towards the guest, for going an additional mile just to help the guess in any case, for constantly making sure all our needs were full filled, for that and many other things my family and I wish you all the best. 01.     Not for international tourists

    If you are from the US picture if you will an all inclusive super 8 motel that serves watered down beer and public school cafeteria food oh and the air conditioning in the room maintains the temperature at around 85 degrees Fahrenheit Oh I also forgot to mention that the water from the tap is non potable according to the sign in the bathroom so you will need bottled water for brushing your teeth which to be fair the hotel does provide. The hotel caters to domestic guests and English speaking staff is few and far between. Spend a few extra bucks and stay at the Hyatt Regency down the street. That looked like a first class place

    Good and comfortable. Personnel service is excellent!

    Comfortable hotel with lots of entertaining activities and good food. Rooms are comfortable and the staff service is more than excellent! It is not a top quality hotel though in case you are looking for one of these.

    Not recommended

    Awful food, service is zero, there is no will to support customer queries, there is no handicap accesses to pool or restaurant. Rooms are old fashioned, bathroom does not have air extractor. Pool is small. Too expensive and is not worth it. Think twice to come to this place.
