    Affordable Stay with Major Service Issues

    This hotel served as a transitional stay during our trip to Cancun. As an all-inclusive hotel, the price was very affordable, and we only stayed for one night. The room was generally clean, and the ocean-view scenery was decent. However, the experience was far from perfect. The bathroom light was broken, and none of the switches worked despite multiple attempts. We called the front desk, but no one answered. After two more calls and a long wait, someone finally picked up. However, after explaining the issue, they said they would transfer us to another department. Unfortunately, no one ever picked up again. Since it was just a one-night stay, we decided to put up with it, but the poor service was extremely disappointing. This was the first time we encountered such terrible hotel service, which overshadowed the otherwise budget-friendly stay.

    The pools very cold.like mi kids not even can swim its horrible cold.the people from zipline and escalade very unkind.always talk very bad to the people.always very hury to leave .people from towels to very bad service.ower all newer go back .

    Great family hotel

    Overall this hotel is good for families. The food is great however the pool amenities could be improved. The pool is extremely cold and they never have towels or chairs.

    Crown paradise Cancun

    We return every few months and we are still stunned at how well everyone works. Jesus, moises, Perla, Antonio, ruby, rubicel and David are all outstanding and great workers.. the best! It’s like a huge team in the resort and everything is always taken care of. We couldn’t complain
