Jesus ( bellboy) gave us the best smile and service anyone can ever hope for as he’s the first point of contact with Crown Paradise. Every day during our stay he would make sure to make us feel welcome and ask us if we were having a good time. He made sure to ask when our last day was as he wanted to help us with our luggage to ensure a smooth check out. JESUS goes above and beyond and is a true asset to Crown Paradise. Jesús (el botones) nos brindó la mejor sonrisa y el mejor servicio que uno pueda desear, ya que es el primer punto de contacto con Crown Paradise. Todos los días de nuestra estancia, se aseguró de que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos y nos preguntaba si lo estábamos pasando bien. Se aseguró de preguntar cuándo era nuestro último día, ya que quería ayudarnos con el equipaje para garantizar una salida sin contratiempos. Jesús va más su trabajo y es un representante modelo para Crown Paradise.

Outstanding service by Rubicel
Fantastic place to stay. Staff were very polite and helpful.Staff called Rubicel at La Palapa restaurant is amazing and always made sure our service is up to high standard. Also he was in VIP bar at one of the morning where again outstanding service received by him. Well done Rubicel and hope to see you in the future as for sure one day we will came back to your hotel.Stayed on 27 th april - 5 may, sea temperature around 28°c and about 30c° every day with a nice brease.100% recommended!!!Thank you for all the staff made our honeymoon superb.

We had stayed at this hotel last year and despite the rundown condition we gave them a try again this year because of the hospitality we had received from reception to every other employee. Sadly, this year we encountered many let downs. First off we had indicated we were celebrating our anniversary and nothing was done by the hotel to make our stay memorable. Additionally, we did not get the room we had requested. After our first night we woke up to not having any water for hours and the consecutive days of our stay with absolutely no warm/hot water. I would have thought reception desk or the concierge would answer their phones, sadly the cleaning staff were left to answer questions and apologize for the inconvenience. The food service personnel in every restaurant were gracious and worked super hard to please guests. A suggestion would be to install a fan where the grills are so that the hard working staff working and sweating from the heat have some kind of relief. Alicia was my hero every morning at the omelette station. We enjoy the beach; however, the sargasm and the choppy water made it impossible. They had a lifeguard on duty but sadly he was too busy in his phone. In the same area near the bar area, a step is missing and today was the first time I saw a wooden step placed there. As a result of the step missing I hurt my knee trying to go down so I spent all my stay in pain and agony. We will not be returning to this hotel ever again. It’s time for refurbishment and fixing of the outdated and depilated rooms.

Fun in the sun Cancun2025
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Crown Paradise in Cancun! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jesus, the bellboy, who gave us exceptional service right from the start. He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home immediately. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cancun!

Endless drinks. It’s Cancun
I was looking for a place where the drinks were indeed endless and the food plenty. My kids are adults so I did not want to be on a floor full of kids and I was put opposite side of hotel, guessing it was the side for adults without kids 🤷🏻♂️. Good for me. There is plenty to do here for both singles and couples with or without kids. Don’t limit yourself here as like I said there is plenty to do here. It is safe if you decide to hop on a bus and go to the several markets in and around the center of the city. Side note. When you arrive off the airplane DO NOT GET A TAXI. Wait for the bus or use uber. The bus is 1 dollar and worth the experience Remember you’re a tourist and people will mark up prices 1000% because of this. Be smart if you see something you want keep looking as everyone sells the same shi@ and you will find cheaper. Hotel food decent(buffet) or make reservations early early for the restaurants on site, all inclusive so no charging 🙂. All in all best bang for my buck had what I needed to stay busy and relaxed and experience the culture and vibe
