Geeat resort for family Very good shows by entertainment team (Tony and Alexia) best dancers Belly boy (Giovani) is the guy you will meet in the front lobby near reception Awsome guy helped us with our luggage and answered our questions about the resort. Best guest services from (Ali) at La.Pizza restaurant. Gamezone area needs to fixed Everything was broken. WiFi was bad no signals anywhere Slowest internet i have ever used. Food was 50/50 Overall good resort for first time visitors.

Quick weekend getaway from NY
From our first step into the reception area, everyone was super friendly and accommodating, especially our bell boy Jesus. He was prompt with our bags as well as gave us a tour of the facility as we walked to our room. The view from our room was from a postcard and everything g we could have hoped for. Over or stay anytime we saw Jesus he greeted us with a warm smile and friendly advice on things to do. Upon departure, Jesus returned to secure our luggage as well as our transportation back to the airport. We had a great experience overall but the added smiles from Jesus were the icing on the cake. We will be booking another trip back sooner rather than later.

Great Hotel, friendly staff !
Clean, nice hotel. Family friendly. My husband and I went here for a little vacation. We had a great time. The staff all around the hotel are very kind and welcoming. We had a special package with our room that gave us access to the crown paradise Cancun club lounge which only a few people had- we got to enjoy each morning with a nice breakfast, a cappuccino, and mimosas each morning we were welcomed by Maria and Tom and they always had a warm smile and great attitude. We also had access to the lounge at 6pm-11pm were we got fancy drinks made for us by the bartender and really yummy appetizers to go with our drinks. I recommend this hotel!

Children’s activities will continue in the Family Water Park and other areas with contests, movies, and crafts. Restaurant and bar maintenance includes furniture, AC, kitchens, and painting.
