Great place for families with small children, ramps to get everywhere with strollers. Very friendly staff, Jesus the bell boy was especially helpful with information and advice on how to fully enjoy the resort. Food was good, we enjoyed Wayne's Boots specifically. Buffet could use some work but overall very happy with our trip.

Great experience
We had a great time on our holiday, the staff Maria, Jerry and Leon were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. The view from the rooms are great and the separate adults only areas make the holiday.

Nov 11, 2025Great for families, loved the pool, slides and buffett.
We really enjoyed this place. The rooms weren't super high-end but they were overall clean with clean sheets and good pillows and TVs. The shower water was hot for the most part. We took our 4 kids here and they loved the pools, the beach, the water slides and especially the 'kid's paradise' pool/splashpad with all of it's water slides. In my opinion the best thing about this kind of resort is that we didn't have to drive anywhere everyday with our kids in car seats in order to get to the beach or to meals (if we were to vacation in Cali or Florida). We have a 10year, 8year, 4year, and 2 year old and we didn't have to budget for food, didn't have to drive to the beach and anytime our 2 year old was very clearly spent and needed to nap we could have one parent take him up to the room (5 minute walk) and he could nap while the older kids kept partying. The larger 2 waterslides of the 4 weren't working while we were here which was a bummer but my oldest 3 girls went nuts on the other 2 water slides which was really nice because I could watch them go again and again while personally lounging on the pool chaise at the slides. Also all of our kids loved the 'kids paradise' pool area with multiple water slides, even our 10 year old. The food at the pool side snackbar was kind of gross for our specific preferences (it was burgers and fries every day) but we loved all of the tacos and mexican food in the buffet and the other restaurants. The adults only french restaraunt was impressively delicious and we also enjoyed the italian restaraunt and really enjoyed Los Gallos mexican restaraunt. The hotel isn't the Hyatt but this place hit all of the big items for taking our kids on a week of relaxation and simply finding time together. We absolutely loved it. Our kids were totally enthralled and didn't want to leave. I'm really grateful for a week here with my family.

Jesus was a great bell boy and our room was very clean. The bartenders were very nice. However, the building and furniture was very old and needs to be upgraded. The buffet food was terrible.

All the restaurants has great food and the beach is just incredible The people serving you everywhere were super nice we coming back the next year
