  Couples get away

  We enjoyed our stay , staff were very friendly and helpful . Did not like having to get up early to stress about making a dinner reservation or having somewhere to sit at the beach or pool . Boyfriend got sick from eating at the French restaurant!! Lots of kids having fun so if your couple try somewhere else if you want to relax.

  Trip with friends and kids!

  The resort was fine. Our room was clean and kept clean throughout our second day stay. They didn't have all the drink options I've had at previous resorts. The food was quite mediocre. Nothing wrong with it. But also nothing I can't access at home. I know the resorts are tailored to the variety of tourist. But even the theme nights didn't fit the theme at all. The only meal I really enjoyed was breakfast. The customer service was hit or miss. They were I had some really great experiences to getting an eye roll when I asked for more than 2 towels. Why can't I get a towel per person? I was able to other days. Just not when there was certain staff. It was frustrating to see certain staff nor care how they treated you. I'm not difficult and not easily discouraged. But an eye roll is not acceptable. I wouldn't roll my eyes at staff, I'd appreciate the same respect. Kids had a great time. And that's what really matters. I don't regret going but I don't think we'd return. Also don't know if I'd recommend it to many people.

  Avoid if possible

  Ensure better check in- ours was 3 hours. Better food quality and ensure food is properly kept ( cold food, microwave to heat up), most of our party got sick. Major building improvements- broken elevators, broken doors, no running water for multiple hours. Unable to get a hold of front desk, ever. Room often not restocked - needed to request waters. No pool towel, broken machines at gym. Not able to get restaurant reservation due to avalability. Not enough seating at buffet- often waiting to go to buffet. Charge for room service.

  Vacation

  Jesus at the check in , and check out was awesome! The wait staff was amazing, and most accommodating! Victor on the beach was the best!

  Great service, resort as expected for the cost

  Resort is under new management and is in need of repairs throughout, but as we were leaving we noticed a lot of areas blocked off and being painted which is promising. Reservations for dinner were like winning the lottery bc they were only seating half capacity or less. You must be on the reservation site at 8am to get a reservation and they were gone by 8:15. The buffet food is average, but we had great food at each restaurant. We got the crown club upgrade which is the only way for adults without children to book because you have access to an adult lounge for drinks, breakfast and evening snacks. Jerry was an amazing, energetic bartender/server in the lounge Whoop whooping all day and offering tequila shots first thing in the morning. The concierge, Maria, was so helpful with our questions and helping with reservations at the spa and for our group of 8 for dinners. Victor was our beach server and was very attentive to our group each day bringing us drinks with a big smile. He even came by on our last night to say goodbye to us and take some pics which was so sweet! Daniel at the pool bar was fast and funny. Leon was in the pool hall and also helped our group get our dinner reservations combined. And as we were waiting for our transfer to take us back to the airport, Joel came by and was kind enough to get us drinks while we were waiting. Service was great, but they were short staffed which made it slower to get into the buffet and drinks at the bars. I would say for this price point the resort is what I would expect.
