  Great stay overall.

  Great stay with the family. All the activities came in handy on rainy days. Hotel was clean and Jesus & staff were always friendly.

  Absolutely outstanding! Luis, Gabe, Carlos, Jesus were the amazing! Best vacation ever!! We have already booked our next vacation for next year!

  Nice hotel, check in is terrible.

  The check in progress was 2 hours long which after a long flight and with kids felt like for ever. The food was ok . Jesus the bell boy and all staff was great. Overall the hotel was good. We used Edgar from am star for our activities his number is +52 998 197 2322 gave us good deals. Will use him after.

  Recent stay

  We are just finishing up our trip as a family of 3. We travelled with another family of 3 - 4 adults and 2 kids both aged 8. Our stay at this resort was amazing. 11/10 experience. The kindness of the staff members is really what made this trip so phenomenal. Our days would start out amazing at the buffet for breakfast. Christian and Fernando would grab us every morning and seat us in their section. They were so quick to make sure we had everything we needed and would bring a plate of bacon to our table without us having to ask. As soon as your juice or coffee was empty, there was another to replace so quickly. We’d then head over to the main pool. The pools were always clean. They did Aqua Zumba every afternoon and kids activities around the pool. We had no issues with seating by the pool, but we started our days quite early. If you like to sleep in, you may get stuck with a lounger in the instead of shaded area. Reyes was so kind and helpful at the pool. He would remember our drink orders from the previous day, and joke around with us. We looked forward to seeing him at the pool everyday. We never went without a drink. The kids would head over to kids club for a couple hours. These staff members deserve a special praise. Roberto was so fun and so great. Our son thought he was the coolest and he’d remember kids by name around the resort. Luis the bartender at the adults pool was quick and fun. Luciana at the disco nightclub was very sweet, as well as the bartender although we didn’t get his name. We were worried about the food, but the 3 of us are not picky eaters and always found something to enjoy at the buffet. We tried the steakhouse, Mexican and seafood restaurant for dinner. We ate at the seafood restaurant 3 times. The salmon was amazing as well as all of the appetizers. The rooms are a little dated, but they were spacious and always kept clean with fresh sheets and towels. We would recommend this resort to any. Our stay was awesome, we will definitely be back and most of this was impacted by the kindness of the staff.

  Fun week. Great service!

  We had a great time. Reyes kept us supplied with drinks by the pool. Christopher took good care of us at the buffet. He was always at our service with a great attitude and brought us bacon. Likewise, Rubicel took good care of us at the owners buffet. And Jesus was very helpful with luggage and logistics. All of the staff were very enthusiastic about making sure we had a nice experience. The food was good, but not great. But, there was a lot of variety, so we ate well.
