Great family resort!
Our first trip to Cancun and this was a great place to stay with our 2-year-old. Super friendly and helpful staff, rooms were great and the main buffet restaurant was just fine. We would certainly stay here again in a couple years so our little one could enjoy the kids' pool area even more when he's a bit older.

Bad Food, Bad Beds, Uncleanliness, Nice Beach?
I felt mislead that this resort has 4.2 stars on TripAdvisor. I’ve been to a few all inclusives in Mexico. This was absolutely brutal. Thankfully the beach was nice - our only saving grace. Beds were only Doubles when it was supposed to be Queens. Hard and uncomfortable. No fitted sheets, so the mattress was exposed (felt gross). Everyone was getting some sort of flu, and there was actual vomit on the floor in front of an elevator. Kids being gross at the buffets. Only one elevator worked at one point. Food was below average. You felt gross everywhere you went. I was sanitizing my kids like crazy. Bad food, bad beds, and felt gross the whole time. Paid a decent amount for it, and worried about cleanliness and my whole family getting sick the whole time. We had good attitudes and stayed away from people on the beach, made good family memories that way. But leaving actually felt like a welcomed escape. Nothing about it felt like a vacation - other than finally getting home. Questioning going back to Mexico in general after this and disappointed I trusted the 4.2 stars it got on here - not at all sure how that happened.

Avoid at all cost!
Checkin was a nightmare, employees were not any help and in my case a deliberate data entry ensuring my wi-fi didnt work until I went to management. The food was the worst Ive had in 25 years, had to resort to going off site. The staff all had there hand out for money and showed no respect for patrons. The elevators worked part time , problem if you are on the 4th floor. No coffee makers in the rooms and when they put the coffee out in the lobby in the morning it was warm at best. This is a poorly run resort they dont care. Spend your money elsewhere.
