  Can’t wait to come back!

  Perfect layout and amazing time from Leon at night in the lounge and Jerry and Maria in the mornings in the Lou ge on the 8th floor.

  Too much work for a vacation

  this was a budget friendly family resort and you get what you pay for. On paper it had lots of amenities but it fell short on almost all of them. We went with 5 families with kids of various ages and thought this was a great place. Half the slides in the pool were under maintenance. There was a long line for the zip line and rock climbing so you would wait for up to 90minutes to go and could go once/day. There was one day we waited for over an hour and then it was 5pm- and they closed. The buffet at breakfast had at least a 30 minute wait to get in and we would get up early just so we didn’t have to wait as long in the breakfast buffet line. The restaurant bookings were at 8am so we would set our alarm for 7:45 just to eat at a restaurant but they would be full by 8:10 and when you would get to the restaurant, half the tables weren’t full due to staffing shortages. The staffing shortage was a common theme throughout the entire hotel and services. On any given day at least one restaurant was closed, sometimes 2 restaurants were closed. On one occasion we were told the restaurant could not accommodate us and even though we booked 5 slots and we didn’t even ask to sit together . The check in and check out lines are so long. It took us over an hour to check in and 30 minutes to check out. We were often waiting so much at this resort and it was so much work for a vacation. Of our 5 rooms booked 3 of them had issues- one had cockroaches, one had no AC and one had a leak. The service was a hit and miss. Some of the staff were absolutely amazing and others were annoyed to be working there and it showed. The beach was amazing (if it wasn’t for the beach I would have given this a 2 star). The pools were nice and I liked how there was an indoor pool option. The kids really enjoyed the cinema and game room and we often spent so much time there so that was a bonus. The kids loved their stay as they had freedom in the resort but the adults often found themselves in another line up or dealing with another issue.

  Another great stay…

  This is my third time staying at crown paradise club and I continue to love it. Jerry and Maria in the adults only bar make waking up for breakfast worth it, Jerry is friendly and welcoming and always had our order ready as soon as we walked in the room, Maria was friendly and helpful and made my friends birthday morning one to remember. We spent most of our time at the adults only pool, where Carlos was our barman and he remembered our names and our drink order everyday even though he was super busy he made the effort to have a conversation with us. The Sunday we was there there was a DJ at the pool in the afternoon for an hour and this is something we really enjoyed and feel should be considered for every afternoon or a longer set. In the evenings we would have drinks in the 8th floor adults only area again where we was always welcomed by the best barman Leon, he always kept our glasses topped up and chatted with us. We mainly ate at the a la carte restaurants where they tried their hardest to fit us in without reservations or where 5 of us would turn up for a dinner booked for one. Jerry, Maria, Carlos and Leon you are a credit to this hotel and completely made our holiday….we hope to come back and visit you soon!!

  ⭐️ 1-Star Review for Paradise Pass My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I requested to cancel my certificate almost 45 days ago, and from the beginning, I was told that my refund was being processed. At no point was I informed that the card I used couldn’t be refunded or that there would be any issue with the refund at all. After weeks of waiting and following up multiple times, I was suddenly told that the accounting department is “too busy” to process my refund and that I should dispute the charge with my bank. This is after nearly a month and a half of being led to believe the refund was underway. As of today, I am without the certificate and without my money, and the lack of clear communication, accountability, and consistency has been unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company—what should have been a straightforward refund has turned into an unnecessary and frustrating ordeal.

  Fun times at the Crown Paradise Cancun

  The Resort itself is overdue for refurbishment however the staff were fabulous and in particular Leon our Club Cancún barman, Jerry our Club Cancun breakfast host & Kevin our Lobby Bar barman. All were friendly and very personable making our stay a pleasant one.
