Jesus at Baggage Pickup. Julio at the LaPa LaPa. The girl at the LaPa LaPa Check-In who called the Security guy who came right in when we had a kid injury situation. Jenifer at House Keeping Laundry team did a great job. Thanks to all of you for taking care of us! We had a great time overall. Things to improve - checkout and Checkin could be faster and made easier for the clients during peak hours. Long wait times as much as 40-mins to 1 hr. VJ

The doctor at the hotel is definitely a waste of time I went last week to him with a viral infection which was raising my blood pressure through the roof which I told him about he gave me antibiotics which I am still taking at the moment and he also gave me tramadol which actually raises blood pressure which I told him that I am not taking.. I messaged him again today about my extreme high blood pressure and he won't answer me now and there is no other way to get help here in the crown paradise so whoever think of coming to this hotel make sure you are fit and well because the doctor haven't got a clue about helping people that's all he is after is money which he charged me £200 for seeing me for about 10 minutes so beware people

Fun in Cancun
The vip room in the morning with Jerry and Maria was amazing every day. Evening in the vip nice and quiet. Great beach and bars

Absolutely breathtaking
I truly had an amazing experience with Maria in the Club. Very friendly staff Jerry has been an absolute pleasure to lighten up our mornings. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful, relaxing, & cared for by excellent staff
I would like to comment 4 staff members. Andres Nava, concierge, went above & beyond, answering at least 20 ?'s, giving advice, help, & direction. On a scale of 1-10 I would give him a 15. Nieve @ the buffet went out of his way to help our party if 7, & assist us with the 2 special needs, persons, he's a person of quality service, kindness, & caring, excellence in his position. Nataly on the check in desk, was patient & kind in several of our needs, she even got me on Wi-Fi, & made us feel important. Angel, baggage person I will call him, helped us many times in loading for excursions, directions & advice on things we wanted to do. I would give these people a 10 on a 1-10 scale. You should be honored to have these people on staff, they made our trip a luxury we won't forget. Please give them extra thanks to them above what we already did. Sincerely Wendy Lamarche.
