This resort is beautiful! Our room had a tub with the beautiful view of the ocean. The food here is amazing and the services are phenomenal. They have different activities to do through out the day! Loved our stay, will definitely come back!

Wonderfully relaxing experience…
The resort location was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was delightful. The rooms were clean and neat and could use a bit of an upgrade. The service was impeccable. There were plenty of amenities and open spaces and restaurants to choose from daily. The noise level was just what one could have asked for, only the sound of the ocean waves which was relaxing. The sights stimulated thoughts of gratitude for all the blessings God has been so kind to bestow upon us. In the 8th floor Lounge, we were well cared for by Leon, Maria, and Jerry. We also received excellent service from Antonio, Osvaldo and Wilberto. We are grateful to have had such an excellent experience.

We have had a fantastic time! The hotel has everything you could need! There were 7 of us and we booked into the alacarte restaurants most nights. The food was amazing and the buffet always has plenty of options. We stayed in block 2 which could do with a refurbishment to make the rooms more modern, however they had everything we need so can’t complain. Entertainment was aimed more for little kids throughout the day when they did do anything. We found the entertainment to be a little disappointing, there was a show in the evening however again was aimed more for little kids rather than all ages. The entertainment did let our stay down a little however we were only a 5/10 minute journey from the town which had plenty for us to do. The location of this hotel was very good, 20 minutes from the airport as well. The VIP lounge in block 2 was amazing, Jerry and Maria were always so kind and funny! Maria always assisted with booking restaurants and was amazing to have her as a concierge for our block. Ruby was by far the best member of staff we met. She was very attentive and always looked after our family of an evening! She was so so kind and always looked after us. We cannot thank Ruby enough and she is a credit to this hotel!

A fun family resort!
A fun family resort. My wife and I just got home from visiting this resort for the 8th time since becoming members in 2001. Many things have changed over the years, especially since Covid, but it’s like that across the whole tourist industry no matter where you visit. This resort is definitely geared towards families with younger children and we like that because after bringing many family and friends over the years, we plan on bringing our grandchildren next visit. We are very happy with the service and I would like to give special thanks and recognition to several outstanding employees of this resort. Veronica at the lobby bar, Jesus in the lobby, Joel at the pool and beach, Jerry on the 8th floor, Maria on the 8th floor, Rafael at the club bar, Enrique at the buffet, Kevin at the Lobby bar, Simone in housekeeping, the Lobby cook at night ( it was dark I couldn’t read his name tag), and Henry the executive chef. We have the choice to exchange our timeshare for anywhere, but we are definitely coming back here next year!
