An unforgettable romantic elopement
My husband and I have returned from a fabulous romantic elopement at the Tower Couples Isle and have been impressed with the level of service, diligence and overall attentiveness. I was initially dubious when reading the reviews prior to our arrival, and to be frank yes - the hotels interior is slightly dated and this will need work to improve the aesthetic, however the hotel is clean and this makes up for the dated decor. I understand from reading other reviews this sets the hotel aside from the huge hotels that are contemporary, but lack the rustic Carribean feel. Special shouts outs to Paulette our wedding officiant, who went over and beyond to ensure I was rest assured with all the finer details leading up to our day. Thank you! Tessa - thank you for styling my hair, you saw 1 image and passed the assignment with flying colours! Thank you for being so patient with me and helping me to achieve the look I had anticipated for my special day! My husband and I also had a couples massage this was excellent. Highly recommend a trip to the spa! Whitley - This special lady is an absolute asset to the hotel and goes over and beyond to ensure everyone is looked after! Her expresso martinis are an absolute delight and were one of my favourites after dinner. Whitley is funny, professional, has a beautiful warmth and charm about her! Thank you for making are stay even more special girl! Big up yourself! DJ Bourbon is a super talented DJ - to play music, create and keep the vibe going is no easy task when there are different groups of people with different interests in music to satisfy! Well done very impressive! There are too many staff members to mention. Everyone takes pride in their roles and this is truly wonderful to see. All food is of good quality and you will not go hungry. The patties are the highlight in the pool bar grill a must try and do get them promptly as they finish at certain times of the day. No towel cards needed which makes like easier. Just provide room number and exchange when needed. The ATM tends to run out of money, therefore plan ahead of your trip if you wish to use cash. Lots of water sports and entertainment in the patio restaurant. Piano bar was another favourite of ours. We enjoyed the sing along night! Thank you Tower Couples Ilse we will be back!

Best resort in Jamaica
Couples Tower Isle (aka: CTI) has repeatedly proven to be the best all inclusive resort we’ve found in Jamaica. Obviously, it depends on your taste but for a couple that isn’t looking for chaos on vacation, you won’t find a better place. First things: it is couples only (no singles) and NO KIDS!! This is my favorite part since I don’t want rug rats running around unsupervised while I’m trying to enjoy paradise. The experience starts from the second you get through customs and find the Couples lounge in the airport. From that point forward, you are treated like royalty. All of the staff is excited to see you, greets you, thanks you, and shows true appreciation for your presence. There may be fancier or “nicer” resorts but none have the service and attitude that CTI brings. The resort is smaller - I’d call it a boutique resort in that the room count is fairly less than big chain resorts. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Ocean view rooms are beautiful and give you stunning views of the sunrise/sunsets. Food options are plentiful. They have several restaurants with only half needing reservations but even then, it’s not hard to get booked. If you have food allergies/celiac, the chef & staff go more than an extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of and can enjoy as much of the food as possible. For the adventurers, the au natural island is fun. The people that go there are welcoming and friendly (not “that” kind of friendly”). It is a non-sexual place and the staff is quick to address anyone trying to push the boundaries. The bartenders make great drinks and don’t burn them. It’s not a race to get drunk - it’s a marathon of enjoying your time. The resort will help book any excursions you want to take and set you up for success to enjoy them to the fullest. Transportation is handled from start to finish. They tell you where to be and when so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Tipping is NOT allowed but some have slipped the staff a little monetary “thank you” before. There is a nightly entertainment feature that rotates but the loud parts are complete by 10pm so the only noise you hear from bed is the waves. All in all, if you want a relaxing, slow paced, enjoyable stay, give Couples a shot. I’ve stayed at San Souci and CTI but prefer CTI.

Home Sweet Home
In short, our experience wildly exceeded our expectations. We never go anywhere twice, but we will break that rule and return here because the staff have become our friends and some like family. The grounds of the resort are beautiful. Pictures really don’t do it justice. It doesn’t have all the marble window dressing of some of the newer resorts. However, the quality of the experience greatly exceeds the comparable places we have been in Mexico, Hawaii, and other places. As others have often said, don’t write off the island and try it early. We are in our 30s and thought we wouldn’t like it and would give it a shot and leave. We ended up spending every single day there. The staff and the other vacationers were the most amazing people we’ve met in our life. We will have lifelong friendships from the island. The ocean crashing onto the rocks will melt your stress, and the pool is a refreshing choice to meet people and have a great time. Everyone is amazing, but we had a few standouts. Tahjay B is the best bartender at the resort and kept us supplied with amazing beverages. I highly recommend his frozen mojitos and dirty bananas. Martin spent time with us and we got to share stories and learn about the Jamaican culture. He is wise beyond his years. Ronaldinho brought the entertainment and is the social center of everywhere he goes. We can’t wait to visit our new friends again. One thing that was different than expected was the ages of the other vacationers. We heard it skewed older and it didn’t at all, at least in June. There were 20s all the way to retirees, but mostly 30-50. What’s special is it doesn’t matter. Everyone all hung out together and had the best time. The food lived up to its reputation as the best all inclusive food we’ve had. The soups are especially incredible, but they do some really amazing work with sweet potatoes too. I would say the only person this resort is not for is someone looking for opulence, but that’s not the magic here. We spent almost no time in our room. We stayed in the ocean jr suite and it was magnificent, but next time we will probably downgrade because we spent no time there. The entertainment was also better than expected. Brittany was amazing to hang out with during the day and then brought the house down with her singing. The Silver Birds were also among our favorite. Genuine standing ovations happened for those shows. We are terribly sad to leave but already have our next vacation planned for this December!! The Beadel’s have made a second home here at Couples Tower Island!

Old fashioned carribean beauty
We stayed for 2 weeks at this hotel. It’s dated and tired looking in places but somehow that adds to its charm. All the staff apart from one or two were fantastic! We loved…… the no tipping policy that we could always find free sunbeds around the pool or the beach the size of the hotel All the amazing and varied food and drinks The comfortable beds The free shuttle service to and from the airport The free catamaran trip The no tier system, everyone is treated the same That we could visit the sister hotel The views The weather The ambiance We didn’t like so much…… Entertainment a bit samey, band and singer followed by a sing song around f the piano in the Piano bar Carpets in corridors needs renewing Old fashioned, worn furniture in the rooms Would we go back? Absolutely!!!!😍 Would

A Truly Unforgettable Week at Couples Tower Isle
This review comes after an absolutely wonderful week at Couples Tower Isle, and I sincerely hope you find it both informative and helpful in planning your own getaway. Arrival Experience From the moment you touch down, Couples Tower Isle ensures a seamless and welcoming start to your vacation. Upon arrival at the airport, you're invited to relax in the Couples Lounge, which offers a comfortable space to unwind with a refreshing drink. This dedicated lounge is a thoughtful touch that truly sets the tone for your trip, making you feel special right from the outset—a rare and much-appreciated service among resorts. Ground Transportation Included ground transportation is a comfortable, air-conditioned minibus with a fantastic driver. The 90-minute journey to the resort is thoughtfully broken up with a brief stop for washroom breaks. You'll find the drive passes surprisingly quickly as your excitement builds. Between admiring the passing scenery and engaging in conversation with fellow travelers, the time simply flies by. Welcoming Arrival at the Resort Stepping onto the Couples Tower Isle property, you're immediately enveloped in a warm and friendly atmosphere that perfectly sets the stage for what is to come. The check-in process is remarkably smooth and efficient, allowing you to quickly settle in and begin exploring the resort. The Room Our Superior Ocean View Room in Building 5, on the fourth floor, offered a beautiful vista overlooking both the ocean and a part of the town. While some reports suggest the rooms are dated, I found them to possess a classic charm rather than feeling old. They are notably spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. A significant advantage is the actual, solid door to the bathroom and a non-sliding patio door. This design choice prevents the air conditioning from turning off when the door is opened, maintaining a perfectly comfortable room temperature throughout your stay. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, even for those with back issues, and the shower provides ample hot water with excellent water pressure. Culinary Delights Couples Tower Isle boasts a variety of fantastic restaurants, in addition to a traditional but exceptional buffet. While I won't spoil the discovery of specific names, I can assure you that every dining experience was exceptional. The food is meticulously curated, with incredible attention to detail in both presentation and flavor. The inviting atmosphere of each restaurant truly elevates your holiday experience. You'll never feel short on options or that the food is an afterthought. A personal recommendation: you absolutely must try the fish tacos at the snack bar—they are truly outstanding! The Coffee Bar The onsite coffee bar is a perfect place to get your various coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffees with a pastry in the morning, a truly fabulous place, don't miss out! The Beach The private beach at Couples Tower Isle is a true highlight. You won't be bothered by persistent vendors; any you encounter are discreetly located in designated areas, and there is a gentleman on a surfboard selling shells who does so in a very tasteful, non-pushy manner. In fact, you'll barely notice them. The beach itself is magnificent, with warm, powdery sand. Finding a chair and shade is never an issue, and the water is simply perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or simply soaking up the sun. Having experienced many Caribbean beaches, I can confidently say this is one of my favorites, even on my first visit to the resort. It's worth noting that Couples also features a quaint, nude only island. While we didn't partake, it's a popular option for many guests and something to consider during your stay. Pools Although we tend to prefer the beach, the pools at the resort are exceptionally well-maintained. There are always plenty of chairs available, and the swim-up bar at one of the pools looked absolutely inviting. Activities Your vacation at Couples includes a wide array of activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the included snorkeling excursions, which were fantastic. There are also various other complimentary water sports and land-based activities available. I highly recommend taking advantage of these; they often last around an hour and significantly enhance your overall experience. Don't miss out on the opportunity to try something new! Buildings and Grounds As one of the original resorts on the island, Couples Tower Isle possesses a classic charm that some might mistakenly refer to as dated. However, I found the resort to be remarkably well-maintained. Both the buildings and the gorgeous grounds are meticulously cared for, a testament to the hard work of the staff. If concerns about a "dated" appearance are influencing your decision, please set them aside. You'll be genuinely surprised by the beauty of this property. You can truly feel the history here, yet at the same time, you'll recognize you're in a truly special place. The Dedicated Staff The staff at Couples Tower Isle are truly exceptional. They work tirelessly to maintain the property and ensure every guest has a wonderful time. Every interaction is met with a warm greeting and a genuine smile. What sets Couples apart is its no-tipping policy, meaning those friendly hellos and attentive services are truly heartfelt and not motivated by gratuities. You genuinely feel like you're coming home. Departure Even on the sad day of departure, Couples maintains its commitment to making you feel special. For guests with early flights and no open restaurants for breakfast, a thoughtful continental breakfast is provided in the lobby while you await your transportation. This service is a wonderful and much-appreciated touch, and everyone waiting for their airport transfer expressed their gratitude for it. A Few Notable Mentions While I've highlighted many positives, it's important to share my one small "bad" point, as this is often what people look for in reviews. The snack bar needs to have pizza! Yup, that's it! I want to extend a special shout-out to Tracey at the water sports desk. She was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful, and offered wonderful suggestions that made our experience even more special. Finally, if you have the chance, say hello to Charmaine Bailey or Lee Issa. They are truly wonderful individuals, clearly passionate about what they do, and serve as pillars of this resort, brimming with history and knowledge. If you have any doubt that this is the place for you, if you are looking at those BIG resorts, as someone who has been to many, do yourself a favour and go to Couples Tower Isle, and be welcomed into paradise!
