Not worth the money. Better options our there.
Poor qualiry resort. Food was bad. Our private pool was cold and dirty. They never turned on the heat. Staff was rude. I went to Sandals resort recently and it is SO MUCH BETTER.

Couples Tower Isle
Recommended this hotel by friends who have been many times and who like the same places as us. The hotel was clearly glorious back in the day. The layout is great and being a small ish hotel nothing is too far away. It is ready for a good deep clean throughout and some areas are in need of a refresh/refurbishment. The best member of staff by a mile was Kirk, in the reception area. Some others were ok, they would maybe say good morning/afternoon back to you, in a 4 or 5 star hotel I've usually found staff see that part of their job is to be outwardly friendly even if they don't feel like it, and I'd say not even saying a hello falls short. We were an inconvenience. There were some younger staff who were a little shy but definitely have potential with more experience be great and I hope they get some mentoring to help them along the way. The best food was the soups, they tasted fresh and had flavour. The beach and the higher pool were nice. Lots of wasps around the pool attracted by the lounger tables not being cleaned but I took some wet wipes and did a few myself and it improved a bit. Love the loungers in the pool as being so hot it was nice to take a book to sit in the water. The drinks were ok, you have to go to the coffee shop to get your espresso if you want to order an espresso martini, I like to be super lazy when I'm away so this put me off! But plenty of other cocktails and options.

Relaxing couples getaway
My husband and I went to this resort to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great, relaxing time. It's about 2 hours from the airport, but our drivers both ways were very knowledgeable and funny. They provided information and jokes to keep us entertained. The resort itself is pretty small, but it was so nice not having to walk too far to get where we needed to go. We had a partial ocean view room overlooking one of the pools. The rooms are understated, very clean and simple. We did have a small issue with our air conditioner leaking, but they fixed it quickly. We ate at most of the restaurants for dinner, and our food was always very good. The staff was fantastic and friendly. We didn't get too many drinks, but the ones we had were very tasty. The beach area is small, but it wasn't busy when we went, so always had some chairs. There are 2 pools, one with a swim up bar and the other didn't have one. Two things that we thought could be improved was the beach and pool service. I think we were only asked once for a drink, even though we had our red flag up. This wasn't a huge deal, but it would be nice for this to be more consistent. The other thing is the complimentary catamaran ride. It was a ride to nowhere. We did stop and they let us get into the water once which was fun, but it felt like we just aimlessly drifted around. I think if they went to s specific location, let us snorkel/swim, and then go back, it would be a better activity overall. We did do a couple's massage at the spa. It was fine, I don't think it was great, but wasn't bad either. Overall we would definitely go back!

Just a brilliant welcoming hotel
This was the first time we had stayed at a Couples hotel and will definitely be back. The setting from as soon as you set foot in the reception is stunning looking out to sea and to the island. We stayed 10 nights and had a garden view room. Really like this as you got a lush green view after looking at the sea all day. Room was huge with a balcony. Food was great . Loved how the main restaurant changed its look most days and Eight Rivers restaurant was fantastic. We visited the Asian Baytree . Beautiful location on stilts but preferred eight rivers without a doubt. Our main excitement was that scuba diving was included … we did a lot of diving.. saw maya rays and turtles. Some dive sites were repeated but didn’t really matter and team were great as well as the gear. Top tip… on your first night download the app and book your restaurant reservations and your free activities. Our catamaran was cancelled due to weather but doing it as soon as you get there , enables you to plan your time. We also didn’t know about the Romance membership… join whilst you are there and there are benefits for returners. The island is for those who like to go naked. Shuttle boats all day every day to and from but go before 10 to just have a look and photos if you don’t want to get your kit off. We booked Dunn River trip with the hotel… recommended .. taxi gets you there early before all the cruise ship busses arrive and is just fantastic. And a big shout out to the spa…. The deep full body massage by Renee was the best I have ever had. Agony at times but just awesome!

CTI ❤️
We have stayed here several times over the years, we have a lot of ❤️ for CTI. It has such a lovely vibe. Staff are hard working, doing a fantastic job, being warm and welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful, giving great service with a smile. Really good choice of restaurants serving a good variety of delicious food. Our favourites were Eight Rivers and Bayside. We received excellent house keeping. The updated Patio bar is a great improvement, lots of bar stools, great view's to relax with delicious cocktails, and all the overhead fans are now working, which is great 👍 Shame a few things were disappointing. Dirty plates and cups were being left outside all night and the next day by jacuzzi. The small sun bed tables aren't being cleaned regularly, most days they still had last nights sticky drink spills. They don't seem to be on top of things like they used to be. Bars ran out of stuff, rum cream and Baileys were out for several nights. Part of the beach looks pretty sad with rubble and rocks, the sand has washed away from the steps leaving a big drop and its not that easy to get down from the steps to the beach anymore. Water fountain on 4th floor block 4 is still not working. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Weather was good, hot and sunny mornings, just a few afternoon showers, well we were in hurricane season. We met some lovely people, made friends and we will definitely return. Hopefully it will be back on top form by then 🙏 🤞
