Had a lovely stay at Condado Ocean Club. The staff were absolutely lovely and super accommodating. We slept in one day, and they did call even though we had DND on, just to check if we wanted our room cleaned, not a big deal. The bathroom does get really wet and steamy but also not a big deal. Our room was right next to the elevator and I worried about noise as a light sleeper, but surprisingly did not hear any noise. The decor is really nice Super centrally located, 10 minute Uber to Old San Juan.

Nice place, friendly employees, nice views and pool, clean , only issue is the smell of sewer on the 9th floor. Never had this happen before but I wouldn’t come back.

There are better places....
Our stay at Condado Ocean Club had a few bright spots, but overall it didn’t quite live up to expectations. The best part of the experience was, without question, the people who showed up and did their jobs with genuine care. The breakfast wait staff was consistently warm, attentive, and welcoming, and, Angel, who cleaned our room did an excellent job every day. Their effort truly stood out. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay had several drawbacks. Despite being an oceanfront property, there’s no actual beach area to relax on, which was disappointing. The pool area is also far too small for the size of the hotel. Chairs are packed so tightly that you end up sitting just inches from other guests, and the nonstop pounding music makes it difficult to unwind—it’s more headache-inducing than relaxing. If you’re booking a lagoon-facing room, be aware that these rooms do not have balconies, which takes away from the experience, especially given the price point. The front desk staff was another letdown. They didn’t offer helpful recommendations and, more concerning, didn’t seem particularly interested in trying. Many were on their phones, texting or scrolling, rather than engaging with guests who needed assistance. Overall, while a few staff members truly elevated parts of our stay, the hotel’s amenities, atmosphere, and front desk service left a lot to be desired. The Vanderbilt next door would be our choice next time!

More than expected!!!!!!
To be honest, everything was excellent! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful place. It’s so quiet and peaceful — ADULTS ONLY, which was a huge plus! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and a great size. The bar was lovely, the view was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. We also loved having a restaurant right on-site — perfect for breakfast with a gorgeous view or a cozy dinner. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance, and both the airport and Old Town are just 15 minutes away. The infinity pool is simply outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We loved everything about this place. Thank you for making our stay so special
