    The entire stay was excellent, breathtaking ocean views of sunrise and sunset . First time at this hotel, will be the first of many to come each visit to my beautiful island

    Tropical sunny getaway !

    The staff was welcoming and so helpful !! The location is beyond beautiful..we had a spectacular ocean front room with a balcony enjoyed every minute of my birthday trip to Puerto Rico !

    Lovely beach club hotel in condado

    Just come back from the PR. We really enjoyed our hotel stay at Condado Beach Club Hotel. The hotel is adults only and the best thing about it is the infinitely pool located on the beach. The premises were immaculate and very modern. In each room had a lush scent. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the only bad thing about the stay was that our rooms were rarely cleaned. Only fresh towels were given daily as well as 2x complimentary water bottles. The cleaner asked us one morning if we wanted our room cleans, well of course - especially if we are paying a HIGH resort fee. But that same day the rooms were not done. We complained to reception and they told us they would open an investigation with housekeeping. We also had to ask for a top up of shower gel, which isn’t good. Despite this, we really did like the hotel - the location was great and staff were generally pleasant. The rooms were huge and beds were very comfy so we got a good nights sleep!

    Awful hotel

    Beach is non existent. Pool area is small, noisy and little shade. Food and beverages are poor. Housekeeping is poor. Avoid this hotel

    Couples retreat guaranteed

    This establishment offers a picturesque setting, particularly the rooms with scenic views. It is conveniently located near the heart of the nightlife district. While the overall ambiance was pleasant, I encountered only occasional warmth from a few staff members, unlike the majority who appeared somewhat cold or without expression. The cuisine was exceptional, and the servers at the restaurant side were exceptionally attentive. Overall, it is a satisfactory establishment, but it may be more suitable for couples. Given its adult-oriented nature, I had anticipated a wider range of activities.
