  Excellent experience!! Atlantis access explained! 10/10!

  I am writing this review to hopefully alleviate any fears you may have about staying at this hotel. We traveled for 2 weeks as American citizens to Paradise Island. I considered booking at least one of our weeks at the Comfort Suites but didn’t because I read so many reviews that the hotel wasn’t worth it, and receiving Atlantis tickets was questionable or difficult and staff was slow or rude. I pictured a motel with a shady secret Atlantis opportunity. I was SO wrong!! We stayed at a nearby townhouse for 2 weeks and spent one night at the Comfort Suites to try to see Atlantis. From the first time I stopped by the front desk I was amazed! It was busy but guests were all addressed in a timely manner. I was helped by Juliette who fully explained the Atlantis experience and clearly identified all costs in full. I paid for one night and was charged exactly what I was quoted. This hotel is located among the Atlantis properties next to the marina and the property is beautiful and well maintained!! The pool was clean, the bar and restaurant were great, the free breakfast is handled by the restaurant and we found it to be clean and delicious! We spoke with other guests that stated the breakfast options change daily to add variety. Not one person we spoke with had an unfavorable experience at Comfort Suites! The room we received was exceptionally clean and comfortable!! We will only stay here on future visits to PI. Juliette told us exactly how and when the wristbands would work at Atlantis and she was spot on. We followed her instructions and we were in and enjoying the pools and waterslides with less than a 5 minute wait! We did not expect to have such a positive experience! As additional information, we stayed at a townhouse villa that was nice but at the end of the day it is in another country with different standards. We experienced trouble with the toilet and shower, water pressure, pool cleanliness etc. In the future, I will only book an American affiliated hotel with a full staff. If you are going to PI, if you have kids and even if you don’t, if you want to experience Atlantis at a fair price I HIGHLY recommend the Comfort Suites!!! The Atlantis pricing is outrageous and we had access to it all!!! Attention staff at Comfort Suites- your staff is amazing, Juliette was fantastic in explaining everything to us and she is the reason we booked this year and will book in the future! Please thank her and all of your staff for working so hard for every tourist there! The facility and treatment of guests is 10/10!!!

  Best Value on Paradise Island - highly recommend!

  I’ve been coming to Paradise Island for 50 years - Comfort Suites is a hidden gem. You won’t find better value on Paradise Island. The staff is extremely responsive and friendly. The hotel is comfortable, quiet and relaxing with a beautiful pool. If you want to hit the beach there are complimentary day passes to Atlantis. I’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely come again.

  Good for cheaper access to Atlantis facilities

  We chose Comfort Suites, as I am guessing most people do, for it’s location next to Atlantis and the free access you get to the Aquaventure park, beaches, aquariums and some other parts of the Atlantis resort. That said I clearly did not have insight into how to get a great deal as it still cost over 1100GBP for a 2 night stay in a room with 2 queen size beds for 2 adults and a 5 year old. This included 3 days of access to Atlantis including the day which checked in and the day we checked out. However from what I could see that was still cheaper than any kind of stay in the Atlantis resort itself. Room was fine for a 3 star. Main and only thing that was bad about the room was the loud noise from the air con unit when it was operating. Breakfast was basic but fine. Pool looked good. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

  Fantastic location and staff

  We made a last minute trip to the Bahamas to attend my son’s father’s funeral. Wanted to stay on Paradise Island where I knew taking long walks to process the situation was a necessity for my son as well as myself The area of hotel did not disappoint. Beautiful area, bonus of having Atlantis access. Most important were the staff and kindness that we were extended. Helpful, pleasant, patient. I so appreciate. The hotel itself shows its age and needs some minor upgrades. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner very noisy but after awhile became white noise We will be traveling back and plan on staying at Comfort Suites A couple of things to be aware of. When booking be sure to ask for total cost; taxes and frees are high. Once u book you cannot change without a change fee. If you change your plans and u have unused nights; they will not reimburse regardless of circumstances. If you book via 3rd party (ie Expedia) hotel cannot issue you final bill; must come from 3rd party All that said; I found the staff to be welcoming and helpful. As with us all; age is showing. Some updating necessary. Location fabulous.

  Rude

  Rude rude rude . never recd deposit back yet would never stay again toilet falling out of floor . safe locked up . workers are rude. Bathroom,dingy. Place needs to be revamped . breakfast is a joke . no food, tables dirty workers rude rude rude rude
