Do not book here

Pics below says it all. Our flight was cancelled and West jet sent us here. Not for anyone with disabilities. All stairs. No one understands or speaks English. Cockroaches, bed bugs, black mold in A/C and coffee maker. No pool towels.

BEYOND HORRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Arrived here to discover bedbugs and a non functioning washroom , We changed room to have no functioning facilities (washroom) Supervisor and staff kept us waiting a entire day for a decent functioning room , Service is beyond slow ,Customer care is pitiful, Its not worth half the price , I would HIGHLY suggest a different hotel. The food is a 4/10 at most , A 3 star in Mexico offers better quality and variety. Very first and very last trip here in the DR Save youre money and travel elsewhere.

Everything is beautiful and exceptional. I had a wonderful vacation. Especially, the staff is top notch, very gracious and attentive. I hope to return next year and will recommend Cofresi Palm to my friends. Gracias!
