Cofresí Palm Lifestyle Resort, A Disappointing.

I had high expectations for Cofresí Palm Lifestyle Resort, but unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The rooms were outdated and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and a lack of cleanliness. The food was repetitive, bland, and far below what you’d expect from a resort of this price. Service was slow and at times indifferent, with staff often unhelpful when issues were raised. The resort promotes itself as a luxury experience, but it falls far short of that. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a frustrating experience. I would not return and cannot recommend this resort to others.

Best birthday ever

I must say that this birthday trip turned out to be the most wonderful birthday experience. The service at the resort was truly exceptional, with the staff being both polite and attentive. Carol, the manager, ensured a seamless check-in process for us, and she took excellent care of us, making us feel like family.

Cant recommend this

Really bad experience. Half of the resort is closed and they want us to use transport for movement since everything is far off.
