  Great service and beautiful location, with a few areas for improvement

  First of all, a big compliment to all the staff, and we would especially like to thank Quetzabel, Laura, and Angeles from the breakfast and lunch restaurant. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, and everything from our room to the overall cleanliness was neat and well-maintained. Questions and requests were always handled quickly and correctly by the reception, and the breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent, just like the service in both bars. However, there were a few things that disappointed us. In the evening, there was no dinner buffet available, and we could only choose from very limited menus in the à la carte restaurants. We also noticed that despite the ban, a lot of alcohol was consumed inside the pool. This is unhygienic and creates dangerous situations, so the rules should definitely be enforced more strictly. Lastly, on several evenings, we missed out and could not get fresh beach towels. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and the hotel is definitely worth its 4 stars. With a few logistical improvements regarding dinner and better enforcement at the pool, it would be perfect.

  The Best Entertainment Team!!

  Diego, Eddie, Leo, Pau, and Lalo are the best entertainment team anywhere! We enjoyed all the poolside activities and the entertainment at Rauxa each night was top notch. So much energy and fine!!

  Anniversary Trip

  My husband and I came here for our first wedding anniversary and we really enjoyed it! We paid for the privileged package and it was absolutely worth it. You get access to an extra restaurant as well as discounts on items around the resort. The rooms were very clean, staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was tasty. Be aware this resort is about an hour and a half from the Tulum airport so plan for travel time to and from. If you want to get anywhere outside of the resort you will need to use their taxi service. There’s a bit of a turf war with this specific resort so using outside ride share services can be difficult. There are cenotes less than 10 minutes from the resort (Chikin-Ha) that really elevated our Tulum experience.

  Couple Vacation

  Great first time at the hotel! Met lots of lovely people while staying here and the staff were very kind and helpful. Adults only is definitely the way couples should opt for if they want a relaxing and fun vacation. Definitely will be coming back here hopefully next year around the same time!

  10/10 always recommend

  This place is gorgeous and a beautiful home away from home. You're met with kindness and welcoming vibes all around from the bell boys, check in, housekeeping, wait staff, La Palapa staff, pool staff, and many, many more. We've have visited 3 times from the US and we're more than satisfied every time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping works around the clock to keep every room clean and fully stocked. The bell boy/valet service is top tier, even when you're bags are heavy (lo siento) 😬 We've never had an issue with noise or disturbances and always sleep like babies. The value meets expectations but often exceeds them. We appreciate all amenities every time. The gift shop, bars, pool, beach area, food options, and main lobby are great and we always have what we need. I'm bad with names but one precious angel stood out to me every day and her name is Quetzabel. She works daily at La Palapa, which provides a daily buffet for breakfast and lunch. She's the sweetest soul and makes every effort to remember your name and brighten your day.
