Hotel is awesome, always making changes Staff is the best I've ever seen from front door, to front desk, to bar staff We go back every year and they always remember our names, New things always coming at hotel, remodeling room every year updates are great

Good place to be.
Very nice place at Punta Cana. Good food, very clean site, nice staff, beautiful beach but lot of sargassum in the sea :-( . I recommend it for couples, the adult site is quiet and perfect for resting. Many restaurant a la carte, the best one is the Rodeo. The buffet on family site is nice to. second time here.

Excellent stay
My friend and I came here to celebrate my life being cancer free. It was the perfect place. So relaxing. Staff was excellent! Jose Luis and staff were so accommodating, friendly, welcoming. Food and drinks were good. Beach was wonderful. Definitely would recommend this place.

There are many bad reviews for this resort. I say don't listen! This is our last night, and we had a great time . The staff is friendly, the drinks are good, and the food is good as well . The rooms need work , but who is in their room besides to sleep. We recommend the private pool room's we loved ours , they just need some updates. The beach is well kept , lots of chairs to pick from,and the water is beautiful. The staff work incredibly hard to make sure you are well taken care of . They have to work 12 days and only get 3 off to see family. ❤️ We found them all very friendly and happy to help . DONT GET SUCKED IN TO THE " FREE BREAKFAST " it's a plot to sell you a time share . There are beach sellers, just politely say no, and they will go on their way . Bring cat and dog treats, as there are many here they allow to stay on the resort. They are all so friendly and love attention. The entertainment is good , different every evening. This is not a party resort. It's meant for a relaxing time , not young adults who want to party . Overall, we had a very nice time and would come back again . Thank you to all the staff for making this a great vacation. We appreciate all of you so much .

I’ll keep it short and sweet , the better your Spanish, the better your stay could be . The suite we stayed in was not worth the price paid . Housekeeping did the minimal , shower handles were broken , toilet functions were weak, the stone in front of the ladder to the private pool was chipped and the ladder in the pool was missing a support . My stay was ok for the most part , but when you mix in below average service and staff with attitude problems, I can take my time and money elsewhere.
