  Great. Value

  Very good no problems at all great value

  Unfortunately zero service.

  So the first day we arrived they said they didn’t have the room we booked and downgraded us and said we could move the next day. The downgraded room air-conditioning wasn’t working, the room smelled of moisture and the bed was wet. We were able to move rooms the next afternoon to the appropriate room. The air-conditioning worked but was very loud. The “newly renovated room” was far from newly renovated. The food was just okay but we never expect too much from an all inclusive resort. I think the largest disappointment was the lack of service. Rarely anyone to serve drinks around the pool. The nicest most helpful people were the doormen. They were pleasant and always had a smile. They were the only ones. The resort itself is quite beautiful. If the service was here our stay would’ve been great.

  Overall we loved it and we be back.

  Amazing place and we would love to return in the future. The one thing I did not like was the invite for breakfast we received. It was my birthday the next day after we arrived and I was told that they had planned something special, only to be picked up and taken over to another side of the resort to be sold a traveler exclusive membership. They seemed a little pushy and we didn't appreciate that. Other than that it was a perfect vacation.

  Good price/value and would return

  Overall a good vacation and it met my price/value expectations - and for the same price I would return Food: Good quality and enjoyed every meal - wasn't crazy about the tapas restaurant and did not try the steakhouse - Italian was great! One lunch we went to the family side for the buffet - not much more in the way of selection over and above the adults-only side and lots of mayhem with families! Service at Restaurants: dinner service was consistently good but breakfast and lunch at B'Loved was very slow - often 45+ minutes from order to arrival (even when the place was not busy). As I often observe, no leadership presence to keep an eye on things leaving staff without oversight. Staff in general: While there were lots of stars overall I would say staff seem quite indifferent - no particular reaction/engagement when ordering at a bar - pet peeve of mine is staff chatting when you arrive and deciding to complete their conversation before acknowledging. At the beach bar we stopped for before-dinner cocktails a couple of evenings and the young man staffing the bar seemed genuinely surprised we were asking him for things - like he didn't know he worked there. Rooms: As with many Caribbean destinations, rooms are clean, spacious but a little tired. While we did not have issues members of our group had room issues - safe not working, couldn't access their room, A/C not working - while remedied it did take longer than it should. Accessibility: a couple of our group have accessibility issues (one uses a walker) and the resort was easy to get around so I would recommend if this is a requirement.

  FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

  Just came back from the resort for my fifth time. Great stay as usual, more a 4.5 than a 4. Ground and room very clean, easy to get to the beach and restaurants. The food is excellent especially with access to the family side. Love the shows at night from my favorite dry martini bar. Staff is very friendly and capable , especially Ana and Gabriela at the front desk, the people at the customer desk are very helpful. Will return, 4 hour flight from home and 20 minutes from the airport. Peter Campiew
