  Pick ANY other resort!!!!!

  I still have nightmares about this dump. I would stay if you like: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUB PAR FOOD RESTAURANTS THAT WILL NOT SIT YOU WHEN THE ENTIRE PLACE IS EMPTY.... I was running late for my flight, they refused to check me out without turning in some sort of towel card. The card was in my room and they could have gotten it whenever. They literally sent 5 hotel workers after me, including 3 armed guards, to force me to return to my room, to get a piece of plastic, and give it to the front desk I was running late and missed my flight by 3 mins. I told them I did not have time and to charge it to the room, but they said that was not an option. But it was an option for me when I was checking out at the counter before we got into this heated exchange. You are gonna send guards after me for a card, that was $40, that you said you could charge to room if I did not want to go get it.... If this is type of place you want to spend your hard earned money....I warned you. AND I did not book this for me, it was a wedding, and I was not originally going. I had no choice but to stay here! I had the worst experience here before at another location and it seems this is the norm.

  Excellent service! Alfredo from the grill restaurant 😋 All the staff of the resort are very approachable, friendly and helpful! Excellent service! We stayed in one of the privileged premium roo, the room itself is modern, very clean! Beach is clean! The whole resort is excellent!

  The Grill Steakhouse- Ivan

  Very nice clean hotel. We got a reservation with no problem. Food 🥘 s amazing. Went to The Grill Steakhouse last night and Ivan was our server. Excellent service and very welcoming. Thank you Ivan for giving us a great experience. The one thing I wish was that we had a view from our room and not just looking at other rooms. Lori & Tim

  Rocky horrible “beach”

  Worst vacation I was ever on. The only buffet they had had many birds continually flying over all the food. It was indoors but with wide open spaces and no attempt to reduce the birds -it was Disgusting! The beach was totally rocky and filled with seaweed. the area of the ocean to go into required water shoes. No nice beach at all either to walk on, lie beside or swim in. The bars stopped serving drinks because they said they had no more cups. none of us knew that the disposable plastic cups they used were supposed to be returned! And when they were returned the person just dunked it in this pan of filthy greasy water and then used it - no cleaning or rinsing. Absolutely revolting!! The drinks (which we expected to be watered down and were- but it was not 1/2 alcohol but 1/3 amount of alcohol. You were unable to get ice so drinks were always warm. We were a group of 18 and one of our group who had signed up to have a family suite had only one queen size bed and the hotel said they must pay extra to get what they had already paid for! And their kids are 12 and 14. We made our reservations for the van to the airport early in our stay so it’d be all set up. That day they said that the van was supposed to be there but it wasn’t. They lied to us that it would be here soon and it ended up being an hour later and with no excuse given. the van driver let it slip that the reservation had never been made. Pick another resort. This one’s poor on so many levels

  Definitely the vacation I needed!!

  Had a great experience with my wife. The all inclusive experience definitely has set the expectation for all vacations moving forward. Special thanks to Angie Martinez of Exclusive Travel Club for establishing trust and loyalty. Job Well Done!! 😉
