It was a wonderful holiday, the staff does their job very diligently, the food is varied, the beach is clean, the restaurants are atmospheric, there is everything for the comfort of children, I recommend this hotel and we will definitely mention the food, a huge thank you to all the staff!!!

Been to Catalonia Yucatán before we were really looking forward to it . Couldn’t fault it , what’s the surprise coming back? How downhill this hotel has become. Room out dated , door needs painting and was really dirty. Bath all scraped off. And bath and sink couldn’t hold water , toilet all stained, food absolutely disgusting that bad it’s cost a fortune having to go out every night for dinner after paying for all inclusive, if you have children balconies are loose so please be careful. A waste of good hard earned money., very disappointed.

Wear do I start
This hotel is definitely not 4 star in my eyes 2 star at best. Tired rooms shower over bath (what) along time since I seen that buffet is awful struggle to find something to eat, the beach is inaccessible due to being rocked so a dissapointment. We are currently staying here fortunately only for a couple more days, shut the pool today as there was a issue with cleanliness so decided to go to the beach bar for a drink closed due to a private party I don't believe this place and its not the first time things has been closed sue to private parties. So don't waste your money go elsewhere.

We ate at Toscana and had a delicious meal! Excellent service by Ernestina! We came twice, that’s how good it was! Gracias!

It was Amazing my stay
The location was great. Easy to access by taking driving transit. The staff were great were very helpful and weren’t mean.
