Excelent accomodation, good cleaning,good food. Beautifull beach,white sand ,not much sargassum,plenty of long chairs. Amazing pools. QUIET beach !!!

Girls trip at Costa Mujeres
As always, we had a great time. Our room was nice. Our butler Stefanie Hernandez took care of us from day 1 and she’s an awesome and wonderful butler. I would like you to commend her for a job well done!

Great time at Catalonia Costa Mujeres
Marisol was fantastic!! Pool Side drinks nd friendly!!!! Fabricio was great entertainment and remembered us all week!!

Amazing Vacation at Catalonia Grand Suites and Spa
We have had the most amazing time at the Catalonia Grand Hotel! The staff have been fantastic and so friendly and helpful! Big shout out to Linda at the beach bar, what a lovely lady, always smiling!! The bar staff were all very friendly!

DO NOT GO HERE! Hotel staff steals US passports. The hotel will not acknowledge this and will instead refer you to their lawyer. We got stranded in Mexico for days and had to pay out of pocket. We were completely miserable. On top of that, they don’t let you enjoy your stay because they have staff parked around the common areas trying to sell you a timeshare.
