We stayed in catalonia grand Costa mujeres and we had the chance to enjoyed ayami restaurant and Lorenzo and Guillermo take care of us really good we enjoyed the night and the show , service were amazing , we really appreciate all the stuff they did for us

Very nice hotel, food was good at the restaurants not the greatest at the buffet but still ok. The room is very big and beautiful I would say for all my ladies bring conditionner with you. The entertainment at the pool was so nice especially these two ladies Jaqueline and Lucerno they were the absolute best . We didn’t have any issues find place at the beach and at the pool the hotel is big enough to accommodate everyone Loved my experience would recommend !!!

The service at thé Ayami restaurant!
Very good, thanks Jennifer, Janet and Lorenzo for a perfect service at Ayami restaurant! We had a perfect vacation at the Catalonia. Great team, the beach, restaurants, the pool, exercises room everything was perfect. We will be back soon!

Excellent fantastic vacation and loved it , we will be back!!!
we cannot say enough about this place. Food: Buffet is one of the best that we have had and we have been to many all inclusives. The fruit was beyond fresh and so many options, the choices of fresh juices, the choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fantastic The food trucks were great option , 5th avenue is amazing. The A la Carte options were excellent, (least favorite was Steak house for us) we ate at the Vegan restaurant twice. Loved it so much. Ismael gives excellent service so ask for him if you can. THEY were all great but we had him twice and loved him. The beach is stunning, we never ever had issues with chairs and only woke up at 9 , we moved them around a few times to get shade but no stress we are on vacation. The service on the beach and at the bars were excellent. The sand is sooo soft, reminds me of Aruba. The grounds , the front lobby, the bar area, the decor I just loved everything at this hotel. The check in was super fast, check out was great. The guys at check out for luggage (i forget their names) but were excellent - APril 18th. Loved the rooms , so beautiful and loved the shower. excellent cleaning services . We were in Building 4 and loved it. If your flight is late , you can use the services -big showers and nice bathroom to get ready. one of the best i have had. WE definitely will be back next year as we loved it so much!!!
