  4th year in a row at Casa Maat and it never disappoints! The service is incredible and the staff is very friendly. We have recommended friends to go and they have loved the experience, too.

  The Perfect BDay Vacay I Needed!

  Casa Maat was as advertised, but what made my week memorable was the staff and the service. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. It was raining the day I arrived and a gentleman took my bag and walked with me to the check-in area explaining to me that they usually take you in a golf cart, but the marble floors become too slippery so they can't drive them when it rains. Check-In was simple and Jesús, my private butler took my bag and led me to my room where he gave me a rundown of everything. He also set up a WhatsApp group chat with 4 other butlers that were at my disposal everyday from 7am-10:50pm. Jesús, Dassaed and Ricardo checked on me in the morning and in the afternoon each day of my stay and if I needed anything, they were there to accommodate. They were wonderful. The private lounge was great. Pedro the manager, always checked on everyone and was very social. Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of the two young ladies that took care of me at breakfast and at the pool each day and some times at dinner, but they were amazing. Antonio remembered my drink from one order and had one...maybe two ready for me each night at dinner. He also set up a surprise dessert for me and a saxophone player for my bday. He was fantastic. Luis and Adrian at the private pool took care of me each day, making sure my umbrellas and my drinks were just right. Those guys worked hard in the sun and I definitely appreciated their efforts. One of the restaurants was great at getting me a college championship game on the TV for my bday that I couldn't miss. Café de Artise had a dinner tasting menu that was nice, but the service made the meal better and they also surprised me with a bday dessert. The only note of caution I have is that even though Casa Maat is marketed as an Adult Only resort, there were 3 families with one very young child during my week long stay. I only stay at Adult Only resorts for the quiet. When I asked management about the Adult Only notation, they told me Casa Maat doesn't have an age limit. I thought that was odd since not only does Marriott promote them as such, everywhere online does as well which I shared with them. They said they would look into it, but it's hard for me to believe that with the amount of guests this property gets a year, that they're unaware of being advertised as an Adult Only resort and the JW Marriott side is for families. So be aware if you're looking for a true Adult Only resort with no kids, you are not guaranteed that at the Casa Maat. Check-Out was a breeze, I got my golf cart ride to the entrance 😉. Thanks Dassaed! When my driver arrived, the same gentleman who carried my bag to check-in, took my bag to the SUV upon departing. I would definitely stay at Casa Maat again. The staff was truly amazing. Everyone knew my name and remembered it throughout the week and ensured my stay was elevated as much as possible. Thank You Casa Maat! I'll see you again!

  Enjoyed our stay at the Casa Maat

  We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Casa Maat in Cabo. Jesus, Ricardo and Abraham anticipated our every need with such warmth and professionalism—handling our dinner reservations, helping with accommodation concerns and providing thoughtful guidance throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner team was outstanding, serving delicious made-to-order eggs, pancakes, and fresh juices each morning. Antonio from the dinner team was especially great. The experience at check in at the JW was not good because there was a reservation mixup with Trivalgo and it seemed no one wanted to help get it quickly resolved either at the JW or at Trivalgo, however the next day after speaking witg the reservations manager and providing the contact information at Trivalgo he took ownership of the situation and helped to get it resolved and for that he deserves a lot of credit. As a tech professional myself would like to remind management that the staff and their interaction with the guests is what defines the experience especially at certain price points and should be well taken care of. The exclusive, intimate atmosphere of Casa Maat combined with full access to the extensive amenities of the JW Marriott made our experience truly perfect. We would love to return
