From the moment we sat down, Louisa made us feel completely at home. She was warm, attentive, and so much fun — truly the life of the night at the bar! Not only did she keep the drinks and food flowing perfectly, but what really stood out was the extra care she showed my daughter, who has special needs. Louisa went above and beyond to make sure she felt included, comfortable, and happy. That kind of attention and genuine kindness is rare, and it meant the world to us. She has the perfect balance of professionalism, heart, and great energy. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Louisa, you’re in for a memorable experience. She’s an absolute gem!

Smells really bad outside, you can’t go out to the beach. Dont waste your money stay somewhere else. Staff is nice, room was great. Not a real resort it’s NOTHING to do here…… I wish I could get a refund bday trip ruined. Nothing like the pictures they show you but the room

Bartender Louisa was AMAZING
Louisa our bartender was AMAZING!!! She was so nice and fun and made incredible drinks! She definitely made our trip special! The rest of the hotel staff was also super nice and treated us like family. I would definitely come here again. highly recommend

Wonderful Stay at Divi Carina Bay
Such an amazing place with friendly staff! Louisa was such an amazing bartender with the biggest smile and BEST drinks ever!! Definitely recommend her to everyone ask for Louisa when you come by she will definitely not disappoint! Such a beautiful resort!

Fun in the sun!!
Scott and Louisa are the best bar tenders !! Farrah was very helpful with her guided tour of the island! the activities are fun and food fills you up! rooms and pool are clean. unable to use the beach because of the algae but they will transport you to another useable beach.
