    Never again 👎🏽

Just arrived home today and never have I ever been so ready to leave a vacation. The food was not good and lacked variety. Same stuff for lunch and dinner. Was only there for 4 days and only able to get one reservation in at one of the specialty restaurants on our last day for 3 ppl. Ate at the Fogo restaurant and it was meh. No one in our party ever once expressed they enjoyed one dish. The resort lacked entertainment for all ages. Daytime Bingo or ceramic painting would have been nice to entertain my 70yr old mother who joined us. Opted for the free wifi which was unreliable and very frustrating since they basically force you to use their app for every thing. I just find it so frustrating when they promote things included but there is a catch. Lastly my biggest gripe and real reason I’m writing this is due to the bed bug bites we were exposed to. We’re all miserable and extremely uncomfortable. Never have I ever encountered anything like this! This was our first and most definitely our last vacay here!

Lovely hotel shame about the food and service

We are an English family of 4 adults Mum and Dad are in our 50s with two children 18 and 20 we’ve booked a 10 day holiday. This is the last day of our vacation and I’ve experienced pretty much all there is to do here. The positives are hotel is modern well decorated fresh and honestly immaculate. The rooms are beautiful and cannot be faulted. Air conditioning is good Wi-Fi across the property is good if not a little frustrating as it keeps dropping out. we were able to watch Netflix in the evening before going to bed. Good sized pools, a kids pool a quiet pool and a much louder pool with swim bar pick the one that suits you. I’m currently lying on a Sunlounger at the quiet pool on our last day. The beach is no more than 20 yards away beautiful white Sandy Beach although the sea is often quite choppy and has a small amount of seaweed no complaints. In the middle of the hotel is what can be best described as a swamp area it’s better than it sounds amazing wildlife you must spend time looking at. Now the negatives While all the restaurants are very well presented and impressive. The quality of the food does not match up. We often had to go to the buffet afterwards as we simply couldn’t eat the food that was brought to the table. The Japanese is excellent. Great food, Brazilian not bad but the rest struggle. The other negative is the service. If you don’t speak Spanish you simply get ignored by the staff. A classic example was my son waiting at the bar to get a drink in the sports bar four Spanish speaker people came after him and served before you can accept this once or twice, but it just happens all the time. I guess the question is, would I recommend to a friend to visit this hotel? That’s a tough one to be honest. Yes, I would but depends how good a friend they are

The pool in excellence my son could be here all day. It’s great walking distance to the beach it is beautiful.

The hotel is very nice. Very clean experience. The pool is nice and everyone is friendly. I would recommend booking your dinner the first night in 3 days in advance. Diana is awesome and friendly I recommend this experience. We have the family suite it’s good because we have separate rooms with door.

    Melodious Melody!!

Melody made my experience Magical! She went above and beyond to make sure my son had a great birthday. I highly recommend! She was very detailed and made sure we understood the process and even gave my son a mini Spanish lesson. We will be back.

Hotel with issues that need addressing

Pros Beach Transport bus around hotel Cons Food is the worst I have ever had in all inclusive, same for lunch and evening meal, very poor choice, poor quality, food is cold. The food hall is way too small for the size of hotel. The tables are dirty , the staff are not interested in cleaning them birds on tables that haven’t been cleaned lots of flies due to them not being cleaned. Pepper pots have weebles in I found 6 pots contaminated . The staff are rude and very unprofessional more interested in the phones and avoid guests trying to get their attention. Guests were very frustrated on a daily basis. Rooms- sheets are cleaned weekly, toilets in my room and in my son’s room broke 3 times. Water is replaced daily, but 2 cans of beer was only received once in two weeks. Lay out of hotel - you have to get the bus to the ice cream shop - why not near beach or pools I could go on, my advice is pay a bit more and go to a different hotel.
