  NEVER AGAIN ......

  NEVER AGAIN ...... This isn't 4 star resort. It's pushing to be 3 star In general facility isn't bad; rooms are renovated but there is huge issues with customer service: 1. They have huge problem with towels (beach and room) There is a rules for the beach towels to be changed once per day. And the guy at towel station won't give you any extra, unless you tip him. Every towel, like gold and he behaves, like it’s his personal and need to be saved If you need more then 2 towels for the room, you will ask 10 times and probably won't get it. Room service speaks no English at all 2. If you need beach chair, should go and put towel at 6:00 AM. Good luck to find any chair after 7:00 AM and team don't care. All they will say – “we sorry, but…..” 3. There is food at the buffet, but same every day, so after 3 - 4 days, you get tired and don't want to eat it any more 4. Restaurant provide only one choice appetizer, main and desert, so you use buffet before or after dinner 5. Entertoyment during evening happened only twice. Other shows was only guest involved and after show very small dance area beside reception. 6. If you want to go to casino or night club, wait for shuttle there and back. We waited 20 minutes, never came, so gave up 7. And main problem is, if you don't speak Spanish, this place is not for you. Most of staff refuse to speak English and even during night show, not one word in English been said

  Amazing resort

  Staff is very enthusiastic and entertaining, animation team was amazing and super fun, the resort is newly renovated and very nice along with the food options which were really good at the buffet and other restaurants. Fransisco from animation team was a great entertainer, and Javier helped us a lot. 10/10 would go back, one of the nicest resorts in Punta Cana I’ve been to.

  Relaxing in the sun!

  Lovely hotel located on the end of the beach, the beach gets better as you go to the right. Room was lovely and clean and reception were really quick to help when I needed an umbrella or hairdryer they quickly brought one to my room. The buffet was amazing! Make sure you are early for hot tea and coffee though! The omelette man was brilliant and the cream cake deserts are irresistible! The pools were clean and well looked after and there were always refreshing juices and slushies to enjoy! The grounds were well maintained and it was nice to see the flamingos and peacocks. There is a gym but it’s very small - looked bigger in the photos & doesn’t open until 8am. This was my only negative. Perfect for a relaxing few days in the sunshine!

  Great Hotel just needs some refing

  Great Hotel , rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Grounds were amazing and entertainment was very good. Buffets were very repetitive. However there were other restaurants to eat it but were different to book. Fogo restaurant was excellent however TAO was very disappointing. I had finished my main course when my plate was cleared but my partner was still eating. Very poor etiquette. It got worse both desserts where brought to table and my partner was still eating main course. Was very disappointed felt like we were being rushed.

  Vacation with family

  Very good hotel, excellent service, the rooms are very comfortable, the entertainment is also great, especially Flabio from the entertainment team who does an excellent job. I highly recommend it, it's a 10/10.
