Best time ever
Wow this was such a fun time! Beautiful place. And the drinks were rolling. Come and visit Digital, Winston and Isdrio. Oh my goodness they were cracking us up the whole time!! Made the bar experience top tier!!!! Gotta love a good time and good drinks!! We also love our room service provider, Omar. Such a sweet dude!! All staff was great but make sure to meet these sweet guys in the lobby 🥲

Not a 5 star.
Me and my partner stayed here and have just got back today 24/08/25 First of all this hotel is definitely not a 5 star. I’d say 3.5. When we arrived the hotel does look aesthetically pleasing. We were taken to our room and at first glance it looked nice but if you looked close there was hair left in the shower on the walls of the previous people staying, the shelf in the shower was broken, there is no privacy due to the lay out of the room. The toilet door is see through did not close properly so had a gap in it, our balcony door also did not lock. When we complained to somebody he said he would let front desk know .. nothing was done about it. There is no bin in the room except for the one in the toilet, no ashtray was given so had to use bottles. Me and my partner both had extremely upset stomach’s during our stay. The Italian a’la carte was not great food was cold and pasta was overcooked. The best was definitely the tepanyaki. The beach is covered in seaweed and I mean COVERED they only attempted to clean it up during the last few days of our 10 day stay. They did this during the day driving trucks full of smelly seaweed past the pool whilst holidaymakers are sunbathing and enjoying the pool being sure to drop lumps of seaweed by the pool side on the way. The hotel shop is RIDICULOUS for a packet of chewing gum is $6. Me and my partner actually went in there and laughed at the pricing on all the items. Constantly have people trying to sell you something by the beach, by the pool. Our excursions were good but again they made sure to stop us off at overpriced gift store in hopes that we would purchase. Monkey land was good we were promised we would meet locals who make coffee and hot chocolate instead we were met with the tour guides trying to sell us the coffee and hot chocolate. Monkey land is not very interactive with the monkeys you spend maybe 20 minutes and it’s very photo orientated. We had a good time and us as couple will genuinely make the best of any situation but we were definitely expecting more of a luxurious feel for the amount we paid. Staff in the restaurants were lovely. Buffet food was standard same thing every day.

Nice hotel shame about the rest of it.
If you’re a beach lover be prepared to share it with sargassum that stinks and is full of hundreds of flies, jumping over it to reach the sea is sometimes challenging,I never knew I was so good at doing the long jump 🤦🏼♂️..The buffet restaurant is poor, what should be hot food is always cold, the same food choices virtually everyday..We could only book the same 3 restaurants in the 2 weeks here because the others we’re always fully booked,we had Italian,Tex-Mex and Japanese and we’re ok..Daytime entertainment is hit and miss, evening entertainment isn’t up to much ..The on-site shop is very expensive, sun lotion 40usd,crisps 10usd,sweets 7-15usd just a few examples..coffee shop is good as is the ice cream shop..No shops outside of the hotel..Day trips are very expensive and the “free” shopping trip with Tui is to a overpriced gift shop and only that one shop..Overall holiday experience, food poor, beach poor due to the sargassum on the beach and not being cleaned up,most staff friendly..Bring mosquito repellent as they are bad especially in the evening..Absolutely no way we’d return to this hotel, those people who give out 5 stars obviously have different holiday expectations to what my wife and I have..

Lovely staff
This hotel is lovely, very pretty buildings and has a tropical feel. The staff are very nice, but i’d like to specifically point out Carolina, she cleans our rooms to an amazing standard every day without fail, I haven’t had a single complaint about how clean the rooms are because of her . Another staff member i’d like to mention is one of the servers working in the dining room of the buffet, Luis. He always greets me and my family with a smile, and he is amazing with his service. Not only did I notice how he is with us, but also with other people. He spoke to everyone, and smiles at everyone.
