I proposed to my fiancée at Cap Juluca this December, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It was an experience elevated by genuinely exceptional people who made our engagement unforgettable. Exceptional Service The staff at Cap Juluca didn’t just meet expectations. They anticipated our needs with warmth and authenticity. From the moment we arrived, we felt the difference. Staff genuinely welcomed us saying “welcome back home” rather than the typical hotel greeting. It set a tone of comfort and belonging that made Cap Juluca feel refreshingly different from any other resort we’ve stayed at. Deandre, Our Villa Host Deandre was the perfect balance of attentive and unobtrusive. He checked in daily in the most natural way, appearing at the pool, beach, or breakfast with a friendly greeting and thoughtful recommendations. He didn’t just suggest restaurants. He’d tell us specific dishes to order. When our scheduled boat excursion hit a snag, he seamlessly rearranged everything and secured us a better boat for another day. Marisse, Events Coordinator Marisse made my proposal planning effortless and stress-free. She sent videos of potential locations, coordinated with decor and photography vendors, and arranged our beachside celebration dinner. Her attention to detail ensured everything unfolded perfectly. Later during our stay, she left us a hand written note with chocolate covered strawberries. Miguel, Server Miguel, our server for our beachside dinner, was wonderful. He was genuinely friendly and took beautiful photos of us during the meal. Days later, we randomly encountered him elsewhere on property, and he insisted on taking more photos of us. Sheriffa, Front Desk Sheriffa exemplified the resort’s hospitality. When my fiancée got a small cut, Sheriffa personally provided first aid. She also handled our checkout process smoothly, resolved a small hiccup on the bill, and offered to photograph us when she saw us later. Housekeeping & Other Staff The housekeeping team was superb. They were prompt, accommodating to our schedule, and left sweet handwritten notes that added personal touches to each day. On the proposal day, they left a pretty towel swan with rose petals. Also they thoughtfully organized our bathroom items, which we really appreciated. Throughout our stay, we had lovely interactions with pool attendants, spa staff, and beach service team members. Everyone genuinely seemed happy to be there and to help us enjoy our time. Accommodations Our accommodations were stunning. Beautifully designed with classic elegance that felt both luxurious and authentic. The bath products were excellent, and the room was stocked with everything you might need: shoe horn, bug spray, umbrellas, and sparkling water. Beach chairs sat just steps from our door with cold water readily available and a simple button to get beachside service. Property & Atmosphere The property itself struck the perfect balance. It felt quiet and intimate, even though we saw and chatted with other guests throughout our stay. The layout made it easy to walk or bike anywhere on the resort, yet each area felt surprisingly secluded. You could enjoy breakfast with other couples, then walk to your own private slice of beach minutes later and feel completely alone. The views throughout the property are breathtaking: from our room, the event pavilion, breakfast terrace, and the stunning infinity pool by the spa. Dining The included breakfast offered an impressive selection balancing indulgent and healthy options. We mostly dined off-property at Deandre’s recommendations, but our one room service experience was excellent. Prompt, friendly service with menu options from the on-site restaurants. Activities Our snorkeling boat excursion departed directly from the hotel beach, which was incredibly convenient. Overall Experience From the welcome cocktail and cold towel upon arrival to the pre-vacation itinerary and easy WhatsApp communication, Cap Juluca created a seamless, relaxing experience. The staff’s genuine warmth, the resort’s stunning beauty, and the countless thoughtful details combined to give us a magical experience we’ll cherish forever.

The bathroom could use an upgrade and more local food will be great. The staff was great. Location and beach are excellent.

CAP JULUCA BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
We have been to 15 Caribbean islands and stayed at the finest resorts. There are no kinder people than the Anguillans and no better hotel than Cap JULUCA. This was our 6th time back.

The best on the caribean
My wife and I stayed for six days and we loved it!! The staff there are wonderful. Everyone is so kind and helpful. A very exclusive and peaceful hotel. Ideal for relaxing.

Anguilla Paradise
Such a wonderful stay at Cap Juluca, the property is truly heaven on earth. The beach, accommodations and experience are just magical. Everything was perfect, can't wait to visit again.
