The hotel is simply obligated to immediately improve the condition of the beach and come up with a solution that allows couples to secure places by the pool or on the beach under umbrellas

We are here now leaving tomorrow. The biggest complaints we have are food selection after 11pm is virtually 3 items from room service. There is no dinner buffet and there can be wait times up to 2 hours+ for some restaurants. The food overall is good, not great. The drink service is decent by the pool but not good anywhere else. I even went up to a bar three times and received no service and after waiting 5-10 minutes with no other people around I just left. The same thing happened at the 2 outdoor food service places. I found out later that I had to order with a server and wait. So I did this and it took over 90 minutes to get the food I ordered. Room service before 11pm is better and has multiple choices. A big thing that was disappointing was that we paid for a swim out room a the water was ice cold. We toured around and found out that we were the only ones with cold water and the others were heated… The pools close at 8pm isn’t great either. This is an adult only resort so I hoped they would stay open a little later

Breathless Cancun Experience
Great experience. The resort was easy to navigate, with a wide range of food options. The Spa experience was great and the staff was attentive for the most part. Hospitality staff in Mexico are always so warm and hospitable.

Amazing experience and such a peaceful and relaxing resort. The food was 10 out of 10, especially the buffet! My husband would’ve been there every day all day if you let him. The cafe right next to our room was a major plus, especially the fact it was open 24 hours! We will definitely be back!

Nice experience at Breathless
I booked this resort within 48 hours of arrival. I did not have much time to research and as I read reviews after booking a non-refundable rate, I started to worry that it would be too much of a party scene for my taste. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The guests were all ages from 18 to 90. There seemed to be many multi-generational families. I wanted to hear nature (not music all the time) so we spent most of our time at the beach or the Energy Pool in the morning or late afternoon. The food was hit or miss. We enjoyed the breakfast, pizza by the beach and the steak place. I upgraded to the Xhale package with an oceanfront room and I am so glad I did because I would rather hear nature than music. The Fire show was incredible. Besides that, I guess we are pretty boring because every evening we would eat chips and guacamole and sit on our balcony or outside at the Xhale Club. Overall, I think it is a high class resort and I am glad I took the chance. The service was great. The people are nice and it was obvious to me that they really work hard for everyone to have a good experience.
