Sep 17, 2025PAR-TAY at Breathless Rivera Cancun!
Being about 20 minutes from the airport makes this a great and easy to get to resort. The size is also compact, making it easy to navigate. For a 6-night trip, we were able to eat at each of the specialty restaurants on site, which were delicious! Each of them was great, but my favorites were the Silk City (Asian) and Coquette (French, the French onion soup... FANTASTIC!) This was more party than pure relaxation. Music was always playing, and there was always something to do. There are two pools which can help you decide how hard you want to party. I spent most of my time in the larger pool, and enjoyed my time with Angel and Ivan from the entertainment team. Also, that giant jacuzzi wasn't expected. We absolutely loved it and on some of the cooler days definitely took advantage of it. Overall, it was a great location and vacation. Thanks to everyone on site who made it special!

We choose Breathless Riviera Cancun for our 31st Anniversary Trip. This is our 7th trip to 7 different resorts. We have had Good/Great service at each place we have stayed prior to this trip. We choose Breathless for the Pools and Entertaiment selections they showed to offer. The property looked to be very well maintained, and the Beach was going to be OK at its best. For comparison purposes I will list the other resorts we have stayed at before this year. El Dorado Seaside Suites - Breathless Cabo - Secrets Maroma - Hyatt Zilara - Secrets Wild Orchid - Excellence Playa Mujeres. They have all offered something that was better than anywhere else. we have been. Now that brings me to our experience at Breathless. The staff here was at the very top of the list when it comes to customer service!!! Listed are all the names we took down so they could all be recognized for their hard work and dedication to their jobs! 5 Star over the Top: Pool - Enrique/Vincente (5Star WOW)- Edwin and Rodger (Best Bar/Food Guys ever had?) They made every day absolutely amazing at the pool!! Can't leave out Charlie Boy that checked on us while we were in the pool!! And Alan at the swim up Bar !!!! Then add in Ivan and Manny (*Both Amazing and will never forget their effort to make our trip great!") with the entertainment crew at this pool, and it tops our list of our 7 trips!! They knew our names after our first half day!!!! Best CREW Hands Down. Service at breakfast included Lucein and Pascual !! Great Jobs every day!! Alejandro at the steakhouse went out of his way from our first encounter to check on our experience!! The staff was truly the Best we have ever experienced. At the pool bar we nightly had great service from- Roque - Jairo - Manuel and Christian. And can not leave out Alexander - Thomas - Angel and Raphael who also were great help and added to the feeling of a King and his Queen celebrating their yearly special trip!!! We have said if the Beach was a 7 out of 10. We would already be booking our first repeat trip!! Comparing these to other resorts we have been. Beach 4/10. Room 7/10. Property 8/10. Food 7/10. Drinks Taste 9/10 - Drinks alcohol 3/10 (Not strong). Night Club 9/10 (Had a Blast). Staff 10/10. Everyone listed made this the Best of our 7 trips!!!! Period

Need to improve the overall arrival process which took way too long. top shelve drinks should be available in all suite and at all pool bars.
