The service was amazing! The staff was amazing especially victor from XHALE club pool concierge, he made our stay amazing and so comfertable! Along with Edwin they were honestly amazing!!! I’m so happy with our stay

Wonderful experience
Victor,Roger and Lidia on the xhale side was amazing they catered to us our entire stay I love them and this resort I’ve been to Mexico 3 times and this was my best experience…Can’t wait to come back!

Best Time at Breathless
We just got back from Breathless and we had the best time! We loved the energy of the place and the E Team was top notch. They don't stop! The activities were enough and not overwhelming. The food was good with lots of variety. There is plenty of night life and it was well done! You can choose to chill or party and you can do it all. The staff was excellent. There is no match for this kind of hospitality. Side notes...good internet and work out facility.

The resort is pretty nice. Rooms are good, A/C is cold AF! Lidia in the Xhale lounge is the best!! She even made a drink called the Kevin special, it’s worth a try. The beach is small and the water is mucky but the pools are nice and if you pony up for the sunken in dry pool it’s amazing. Also go see Victor in the Xhale section on the pool, he’s great!

Nov 13, 2025Great resort, but disappointing treatment for a loyal guest
I’ve stayed at Breathless five times now, and while I’ve always enjoyed the property, this recent experience left me genuinely disappointed. As a returning guest, I requested an upgrade — something that has never been an issue in the past. This time, I was told no without any effort to acknowledge my loyalty or offer an alternative solution. After visiting this many times, I expected at least some level of recognition or flexibility. The resort itself is still beautiful, the energy is great, and the staff on the ground are friendly. But the lack of appreciation for repeat guests really took away from what should have been another great stay. Breathless has always been one of my favorites, but this experience made me rethink whether loyalty truly matters here.
