The entertainment staff was great and so much fun. The night activities were also a lot of fun, especially the Neon Show! Angle, aka Brown Sugar, from the entertainment staff was especially fun. I highly recommend this resort.

Great expierence ! Top notch service !
Victor - on the Pool concierge team was amazing . He was so polite , attentive & helpful . His customer service was top notch ! He watched out for us and made sure we were okay and we appreciated it so much . He gets my top award for best employee . He is asset to this resort ! Other positives Allen -pool bartender was really nice , and helpful. Roger and Edwin bar staff also very nice ! The bar staff continually watched and came by for refills.

Wonderful service!
Victor, our pool concierge, Edwin and Roger, our pool waiter, and Santiago, our pool bartender were all amazing!! Truly great service. They were so kind and helpful.

EVERYTHING from food to room services to the time i arrived and left after 10 days was fantastic! However, the beach was ...meh!!!!
