The Xhale club was an amazing experience with Hugo an Lidia as the daily bartenders! Lidia did an EXCELLENT job attending to everyone wants and needs. Lidia's personality really stood out the most with her attentiveness and attention to details which kept me coming back EVERY NIGHT! She created a special birthday drink for me and my friends and family followed suit by ordering the same drink but with their libations of choice. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Do it, pack your bags and go.
Absolutely beautiful property and wonderful people. The natural wildlife like the raccoons made our stay even better. The entertainment was amazing. I'm happy that the taxi service was provided by the hotel. The beaches are terrible but the pools are fantastic.

Disappointed how we booked for our anniversary in our reservations and it wasn’t until the night before we left that after I said something it was acknowledged. Met other couples and they were dishonest and were given upgrades, very disheartening.

Top Tier Restaurants
Best specialty restaurant than any other all-inclusive resort I have stayed in the past. My favorite was Coquette French Restaurant. The ambiance, service, and food were outstanding. This restaurant is a must-go, if you are staying at this resort.

First Solo Travel: SUCCESS!
I’ve never been on a big vacation like this before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and attentive the whole staff was. I was given a cool towel when I first arrived and was confused. The staff didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing and told me it was to cool down. I went on this vacation for my birthday and decided to go solo. I didn’t say anything about my birthday when I made the reservation, but when I checked in they asked why I was staying with them and I mentioned it was my birthday. Immediately they decorated my room, left me birthday treats and made sure to make me feel safe. I can be a nervous, paranoid person but I feel like this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe with them. The service was absolutely phenomenal
