Absolutely the best pool service and customer service! The food was excellent, rooms clean! Great variety of music and different pools depending on what kind of music you were interested in! Love the place!

Wonderful first experience.
Resort was clean, wait staff was phenomenal, super impressed with the food, bed was incredibly comfortable, the pools were great, the beach was beautiful (we understand seaweed is out of their control and we could tell they were trying), plenty of activities, great time!

Great stay; seek Manuel
Our stay was perfect! Our favorite was Manuel in Spoon/ The Strip Grill. He took care of us, with perfect service and advice. The poolside sports bar was also great— they changed the channel so we could watch our favorite teams from the pool. We will definitely return!

Breathless Riviera Cancun is morning yoga, beachy afternoons and ALL the tacos and margaritas!
This was our mom and daughter trip to celebrate High School Graduation and was the perfect beach getaway to celebrate! Top notch service from everyone and super fun E Team! Too many individuals to name that made our week special! Our vibe was early morning yoga on the beach followed by breakfast and some time to chill with a book on the beach, followed by poolside sun and entertainment (beach volleyball, water volleyball, water aerobics, games) and poolside lunch. We dipped into the club pool for some fun Vegas style entertainment Thursday- Sunday afternoons, and enjoyed a different dining experience each night. Our favorites were the Asian, and Mexican restaurants (HIGHLY recommend the Octopus and Bone Marrow Tacos- they totally hit!) People watching was A+ which is always a bonus! I recommend this for a small group like my daughter and me all the way up to a big Class Reunion or Family /Friend group. We will be back!
