We had an absolutely amazing time in Jamaica! The resort was beautiful, clean, and the staff was warm and welcoming. We traveled as a family of six and stayed in three Xhale Club suites—highly recommend this option, especially if you’re fortunate enough to have Kenroy and Olivia as your butlers. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. They handled all of our dinner reservations, arranged golf cart transportation between resorts, set up beach chairs daily, and even kept an ice chest stocked with our favorite beverages—refreshing and replenished throughout the day. Their attentiveness, responsiveness, and dedication to making our stay enjoyable went above and beyond. Kenroy and Olivia are true professionals who take pride in delivering top notch service. Because of them and the overall resort experience, we will definitely be back. —The Navarro Family

My Experience at Breathless Montego Bay
A Great Experience, thanks to a wonderful employee named Zaylanii. During my recent stay at Breathless Montego Bay Resort, I had the pleasure of interacting with one of the standout employees who truly made my experience exceptional. From the moment I met Zaylanii, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. His professionalism, warmth and attention to detail were clear in every interaction. He was very genuine, had a friendly attitude and cared. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such genuine pride in their work and in making customers feel comfortable. Employees like this are what elevate a hotel stay from good to unforgettable. I truly appreciate the excellent hospitality and I hope the management recognizes and celebrates their contribution. Amazing stay at Breathless Montego Bay
We had an amazing time at Breathless for my sisters bachelorette trip! Our butlers Kenroy, Olivia, and Stephen were absolutely amazing!! They made our stay so relaxing and were on top of everything from drinks, to dinner, to spots on the beach, etc. Resort itself was wonderful and loved being able to use the facilities at Secrets WIld Orchid and St James as well. Food was great too!

Breathtaking
Breathless is an amazing resort, and Zaylanii from the entertainment team made it even better! He was so energetic and fun, always getting everyone involved in activities. His positive attitude and enthusiasm were contagious, and he really made our trip memorable. The resort itself is beautiful, with great food and drinks, but Zaylanii's efforts truly elevated the experience. If you're lucky enough to have him on the entertainment team during your stay, you're in for a treat!
