    Time to Play Vibe is On Point!

    Breathless Cancun Soul Breathless is a consistent fun vacation no matter which property. This was the first tower hotel experience we had and it was a surprisingly fantastic experience. Our room overlooked the party pool and the entire strip and sunset. The views were incredible. And, when we wanted to continue the party on balcony to the music at the pool, we did! The Fourth of July celebration was over the top and frankly as an American was embarrassing considering the horrific inhumane policies. We love Mexico and Mexicans in and out of our country. The celebration was incredible but left me feeling like I needed VIVA MEXICO. The dancers, and entertainment was top notch at all times. The food was delicious. This property is adjacent to the boat landings and the ocean access is not private. However the pools are perfect and the resort is clean and stylish. The art in all areas is absolutely beautiful.

    Amazing Trip

    Our room was amazing! We went for my husbands birthday and there was a sign on the door for him and sparkling wine for a treat. The Xhale club was definately worth it as we stayed in the rooftop pool almost all the time. Samantha from the activities was great we played Bingo and took Spanish classes. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and when there was an issue it was handeled quickly. We took the Amstar transfer to and from the airport and that was great as well. We also did an exertion with them. Staff was great the snorkeling was not. Too many people and seaweed. Here are the negatives: We were there for relaxation not parting but there was always music/ party type atmosphere until around 11 p.m. (usually outside our window) One night they did slient music and it was great! Second, I don't eat meat in other countries and there was very little options for vegetarians. I ate mostly bread, salad, and dessert. The fridge in the room never got cold even after having it replaced, but we could get plenty of ice. The ATM was out so we had to walk 1/2 mile one way to find another one. We didn't realize we needed cash for everything so ended up doing that twice. All in all great vacation and would go back to this resort next time!

    The Breathless Cancun Soul is exactly what you want from an all inclusive

    Room 10/10 Customer service 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Buffet Food 6/10 Restaurant Food 7/10 Drinks 7/10 Fun/Activities 8/10 This resort is everything you want from an all inclusive, I can say its a 5/5 but its as close as you can get with the price of this particular resort. Its very modern, new and always felt clean, never felt super packed and congested with people as its spaciousness. The staff were super friendly and always made us feel welcome and needs met. The food is good, not gourmet, not bad, there are restaurants that have excellent food and there are restaurants that have good food. The drinks sometimes were watered down, and other times strong, I guess it just depends on the bar tender, but overall they were really good. Activities wise, they have things to do like volleyball, bingo, trivia, parties and more it’ll just depend on what you enjoy. I really enjoyed my time here and I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

    Great getaway for our Baby Moon!

    This trip was for our baby moon and we had an excellent time! My husband and I really enjoyed all the activities this resort had to offer, the beach right outside, our beautiful room view waking up every morning to the blue ocean and skies. The breakfast buffet was great as well as the restaurant options! Thank you Geovanni, Ernesto, Samantha, Robinson and Ana for your exceptional service. The service here was 10/10 and we would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family!

    Best time by far.

    The absolute best vacation by far!!! Staff were amazing, very chill/relaxing environment. Although my one and only complaint would be that the pool was almost warmer than the air, but we were still in it 90% of the time lol. Service was beyond amazing and staff were so nice. Definitely highly recommended.
