    We LOVE it here! We will be coming back!

    We attended for our honeymoon and we had the best experience we could have dreamt of. The resort was smaller which provided a personal experience which we adored. It was clean and well kept. The food and all inclusive plan was absolutely incredible. Drinks were amazing, we loved all the food variety and quality was always tasty with good portion sizes! We are already planning our next trip and look forward to coming back

    Happy Stay at Bolongo Bay

    It was a great place to stay! Got there just after spring break rush & it wasn’t extremely busy so that was nice. The staff are great, food is awesome, & the excursions they recommend are amazing!!! They know their stuff & really want you to have the best time of your life there.

    Great value and family owned- owners care

    Great casual, all inclusive with lobster tails and steak on order from menu meals. Plenty to eat including gluten free and veggie options. Great to have catamaran on site and had great trip out. Easy access to ferry to St John and trip to town. Rental care really not needed.

    Make Customer Service Training a Priority

    The resort and restaurant are nice, but the staff could really benefit from customer service training, especially at the front desk, as they weren't very welcoming. The servers at the restaurant also seem to lack proper training. I witnessed an incident where one server, who walked with a limp, was incredibly rude to the hostess in front of guests. She loudly yelled, "BUT I WAS SAT THOUGH, BUT I WAS JUST SAT THOUGH," as the hostess tried to seat a couple, likely in her section. The outburst was so loud that it caused everyone to stop eating and look up in surprise. The guests who were about to be seated appeared just as confused by the situation. The server continued to be disrespectful and used inappropriate language, even after the hostess walked away to seat the couple elsewhere. Although I'm not familiar with the seating protocol, the server's behavior was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.

    5 stars for this gem!

    Amazing food. Be sure to try the shrimp taco's. Well traveled couple and friends really enjoyed this sweet unpretentious resort. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from housekeeping, to porter to front desk. Enjoyed the evening entertainment pool side and left relaxed and refreshed. If you want sleek high rise resorts, rent a car and go visit the Hiltons and Westins of the world, but then come back here for better food and drink.
