Some employees were awesome while others were not!
Elizabeth and Camilla at the kids club were fantastic with the kids and the kid had a great time with the crafting, cooking cookies, watching movie and others. However, the room needs to be updated, the aircon was not that cold, the bathroom fan out of service, bathroom sink was clogged, the handle of the door and lock door to the garden were broken. Even though you have reserved for the restaurant with a family member for a table. They will request that both are present to have access to your table and you have only 15 min. Call your family and if they are not here in time they will cancel your reservation. I’m not sure if this is the policy of the hotel or not.

Kids Club was a Savior
The 7yo in our group wanted to be at kids club from 9-5 and there for the evening activities (disco, piñata smashing, etc.). It changed our vacation for the better. We enjoyed time reading on the beach, leisurely swimming, and having uninterrupted conversations over daiquiris. Highly recommend kids club! The staff helped us make reservations each night for dinner, book a snorkeling trip to a nearby reef, and knew our drinks before we sat down at breakfast every morning. The activities were plentiful. We had 5 people in connecting rooms (teens each with their own bed, 7yo on the pullout couch, 2 in the king). I was never struggling to get ready for dinner because we had 3 full bathrooms between all of us.

Great time at the kids club.
First time for my kid going to a kids club. Amazing that he stayed. He loved it. Especially with Camilla and Elizabeth attending to the kids.

So far, so good.
Kaci and the rest of the folks from the entertainment team was always so upbeat, fun, and outgoing. Lots of walking at this resort as it's a spread out resort. Drinks and food have been good. Pool is always a good time. Rooms are good, always hot water. Comfy beds. Clean buildings. Staff are consistent with their job duties.

Experience has been good!
Entertainment team has been incredible and upbeat. Kaci has been great and easy to talk to! (We nicknamed her Chicago as that’s where she’s originally from). It’s interesting to hear about her background and how she went from Chicago to Mexico. Food has been great. Drinks have been good. Pool has been nice, always finding a seat. The wildlife is fun to see. Very spread out resort. No noise issues. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. No complaints :)
