    Nice relaxing stay

    This hotel is very clean. Rooms were always clean and bathrooms were very clean even near the pool and beach. Friendly staff and drinks were good. Buffet was decent. The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms are really far away from the beach and main pool area. The room service is an extra charge and the restaurants have to be booked the day of, and are always full. Overall a nice relaxing stay.

    Best mexico vacation spot !

    I recently stayed at Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda in Mexico and had an overall fantastic experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, the grounds are lush, and there’s always something to do. The rooms were comfortable, the pools were clean, and the food offered plenty of variety throughout the day. What really made the trip memorable, though, was the entertainment team. Camille, Andy, Yuli, and Alondra brought so much energy, warmth, and fun to every activity. They were engaging without being pushy, and they truly made guests feel welcome. Whether it was games, music, or just creating a great atmosphere, they were absolute standouts. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and a lively vibe, Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda is a solid choice. I'd happily return!
