Awesome anniversary!
We went for our 30th anniversary and Blue Haven absolutely delivered! We wanted some rest and relaxation and we got it. We had a one bedroom oceanfront that was perfect and Gertrude kept it immaculate the entire week. The beach is smaller but wonderful and never crowded. Pedro was our server at the beach and was outstanding. Did the mangrove tour with Kanar and Wisneither, and would highly recommend. It was so much fun and those guys were great! The food was excellent all week and Jen and Akiene were great at Salt. Shaneka made sure to check on us for any needs we may have, it was a perfect getaway in a beautiful place with the bluest water I’ve ever seen!

Memorable trip of a lifetime - 10 out of 10
We arrived at the Blue Haven resort on June 18th for a girls' trip to celebrate our 50th birthdays. This resort was dreamy. We stayed in the 3-bedroom penthouse. It was amazing and very spacious. It was also close to everything, making it convenient to run up to our room if needed. The food at both of the restaurants was really delicious. There was a lot to choose from, and we enjoyed all of our meals. The beach was very relaxing and beautiful. We had fun doing water aerobics in the pool one day, visited the sister resort another day, and had the best time on two excursions: The half-day snorkel to Iguana Island (sooooo fun) and the kayak through the mangroves looking at turtles (this was amazing). Both were the best experiences ever. We appreciated that our resort was quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. If we wanted more action, we could take a free shuttle over to the Alexandria resort. We ate amazing food, had delicious drinks, and relaxed on the beautiful beach. We also enjoyed every evening after dinner sitting around the gorgeous fire pits. We loved that so much. Shanika checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This was a 10 out of 10 trip! Thank you to the Blue Haven resort for a memorable trip.

Paradise
Our time spent at Blue Haven was truly special. We stayed in penthouse 501 and it was perfect! Our mornings started with Gerald’s perfect eggs, and exceptional service by Garth and Kelly. We spent most of our time at the beach. Rodney and Pedro always took care of us, and were excellent hosts. Bens, Rice, and Micah, working the water activities, made us feel special and were lovely. We paddled board, kayaked, and enjoyed the trampoline. Brandon guaranteed an extraordinary dinner. We were celebrating a birthday, and Shaneka went out of her way to make sure our birthday boy felt special! We loved her detailed attention. For us, a chill evening was all we needed. We enjoyed cocktails and special kid drinks made by Yessica. Our family is already planning our next trip. As Perdo said, “ you have to leave to come back,” and we sure can’t wait to return!

Nice anniversary stay
Blue Haven is a beautiful property with a lot of great amenities. This was our second time trying an all inclusive as a couple and though a lot was great, some parts of it were underwhelming. For the price we paid we were shocked that there is no airport transfer. Be aware you NEED cash for taxis. They’re shared taxis $43 for 2 from the airport (a bit steep in my opinion for the short shared ride). You’ll stop at every resort before blue haven as it’s the last one on the route. This wasn’t the best start to our trip and luckily we had a small amount of cash. We had to take a shuttle to the casino where the only atm is located. Bring cash!! The rooms were average. Housekeeping came daily to freshen our room. They didn’t clear as much old food/garbage as we would’ve liked but this was minor. I do wish they had a do not disturb sign to hang as housekeeping woke us up a few days of the week. The beach was nice and quiet. We actually enjoyed blue havens beach more than Alexandra since it was quiet and fairly open. Blue haven pool was also more enjoyable so we’re glad we chose this resort. The pool servers and bartenders were kind and made great drinks. Smiley and Tweedy were entertaining and engaging each day at the pool. I wish they stayed to play more music as it was always good! They could do with a few more lounge chairs at the pool but this was a minor issue. The food at blue haven was just okay. We expected a little more upscale due to the cost of our stay but nothing was bad. We were underwhelmed by Fire & Ice which was the restaurant we were most excited about. Breakfast is just ok. More variety would be nice. Danielson and Kellie served us multiple days and were great, always nice and quick to get us what we needed. A lot of the sauces at Fire & Ice were too sweet for the dish which made the food not as good as we were hoping. Black Rock and Fish Deck were delicious we wish we had tried them sooner so we could repeat! Fish deck took over an hour to get our food but it was worth the wait honestly. Jordan at fish deck and Sonise (I hope I got this right) were great. Yessica and Natalee at the pool bar were great. The espresso martinis at 360 bar are to die for!! Rodney and Pedro served us at the pool and beach and were the most energetic and engaging employees we encountered (besides smiley and tweedy) Be aware on Sundays there’s really not much open. You have brunch at blue haven 12-3 but no other food is open till dinner time. This was disappointing for an all inclusive we would’ve liked some more options throughout the day. Also Italian night at fire & ice is Wednesday - we should’ve paid more attention since we’re Italian we weren’t exactly thrilled for our first night theme dinner. Salt kitchen was good I just wish it was a little more accessible from the pool. We would’ve liked to see more live music at night or other sources of entertainment. It seemed Alexandra had more of this. The ultimate indulgence spa package was amazing. The best massage I’ve ever had (I don’t say this lightly). Highly recommend spending a couple hours at the spa it’s quiet and private. Overall our experience was nice. We didn’t experience as great of service as we expect at an all inclusive but the handful of people names here did help make our stay enjoyable. The manager was also lovely to check in on us a few times and remembered us when we met. She set up a return taxi for us which was helpful. We probably wouldn’t opt for the all inclusive again but if we did, we’d take advantage of the Alexandra restaurants much more frequently!

BEST RESORT
We had an AMAZING trip. It was our first time to Turks and Caicos and we feel like we picked the perfect resort. Yessica our bartender was absolutely amazing. Her and Pedro were so attentive and friendly they made our experience top notch. We will definitely be coming back to this resort and this resort only because of the incredible service! We highly highly recommend!!!
