Very average and overpriced
I rarely write reviews about anything but wanted to share my experience, in hopes the resort improves. Pros: - Beautiful water, beach area - Food/drink situation was above average (for an all-inclusive) Cons: - A lot of the staff was rude (and we tipped everyone that helped us). But, shoutout to Desney, Carat and Pedro who were always helpful and smiley. Other than those 3, most of the staff seemed annoyed by our existence (and annoyed by others around us, too). - The room (we paid a lot of money for the 2 bedroom suite) was very average and not luxurious. The beds were not very comfortable and not what I expected for the price. One of our showers leaked and when I tried to take a bath, we ran out of hot water at the 1/4 fill up point. - While the pool was beautiful, there were less than 20 spots/chairs around it. We stayed four days and were never able to secure one of those spots until after dinner. Summary: I'm not a wealthy person who travels multiple times a year, and we had saved for this trip for a long time, so I had big hopes for this trip, considering what we paid. We have experiences with five other all-inclusive resorts, and this one cost the most. If you're not going to offer a luxurious experience, it's not fair to charge luxurious prices. If you're going to offer a very average experience with your property and staff, then the price should reflect that.

Great vacation spot.
We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Blue Haven and had a wonderful time. The resort is small which we loved. The customer service was great but they do have a laid back island pace about things. We did shuttle over to their sister property The Alexandra on Grace Bay three of the days and really enjoyed their beach and beach bar. The water and beach were beautiful beyond words. The beach bartenders were a little overwhelmed at times so a little patience was required but that was no big deal at all. The food at Blue Haven was like good cruise ship food. It was really good but not great. We ate dinner at both restaurants and the pool bar restaurant for lunch. All of the meals were good plus we enjoyed the smoothies at the coffee shop a few mornings which were also really good. My wife said this was the best vacation she ever had. This was our first visit to the island and we are definitely coming back to stay at Blue Haven when we return.

PARADISE DOES EXIST
By Far the best location for a Vacation where you can do Everything or Nothing. PERFECT weather all week long and the HOTEL was awesome. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure you and your guests were happy. The Drinks, Food were fantastic Cocktails in the Pool or Beach were incredible. Normally I would have one or two complaints but NOT ONE HERE. I showed my friends what Paradise looks like and BLUE HAVEN should be called BLUE HEAVEN. Special shout out to their Incredible Manager Miss Shaneka Russell who was truly Awesome sweet kind and now a Life long friend of ours. ALL HER STAFF and I mean all deserve an applause. I will write again the names of those who stood out the most in my next review LOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE RECHARGE BLUE HAVEN / TURK & CAICOS is it Thank you so much

Exceptional staff!!
Resort is beautiful. Accommodations are very nice. The best part, though, was the staff. Shaneka - front desk manager - was incredibly helpful and kind! Natalie - pool bartender - was exceptional. Within a couple of days, she knew what we were going to order and had it ready. Tweety - pool entertainer - was kind, learned my name and was enjoyable. Jen - Salt server - was attentive and kind. Room was a very good size. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. The food was very good. Portions were not large, but that was not needed. We enjoyed Salt for dinner over Fire & Ice as there were more options. The beach party on Monday night was fantastic. I had a massage at Elevate Spa and it was incredible - maybe the best massage I've ever had. The shuttle to/from Alexandra was easy to use. The beach and pool are not large, but sufficient for the size property. The pool was cleaned every morning.
