Firstly, service and staff were generally good. The resort is very dated and needs significant work to bring it up to 5 star standard. Room air con only goes to around 23/73. Shower has drain smell. No availability to use roof terrace or hot tub and just cordoned with small rope. Asked for two hours extension to our room for late checkout, but waited 40 minutes of that outside our room in sweltering heat as they had blocked our cards for entry. They took off one hour, but not the second. So no concern that we had waited for so long from reception staff. We had upset stomachs for four of the days, which we couldn’t attribute to anything in particular, but understand there were others affected more significantly than us. Large construction works going on alongside hotel, which, can be heard, at poolside, but did not impact there too much. Overall, main issue is resort is not updated to expected standards. Very few pool umbrellas but as resort had low numbers we were ok. It would be a huge issue if very busy. Room was always cleaned well.

Services were great. They were very helpful and attentive. Food was amazing. Different menu each day. Then make sure that you’re safe. Carlos at the front desk helped us when we had issue with the AC, he gave us a free upgrade. thank you so much.

Very relaxing!
The room was great, private and big! Food was good too! Nice, chill atmosphere and the staff was great and accommodating. There was a lot of wildlife to see as well. There was plenty of places to sit at the pool and beach. I would come back to this resort.

Peaceful
The staff throughout the entire resort was amazing, friendly and super accommodating. Circle One benefits were fantastic. Food was OK. The bar restaurant was not my favorite but the restaurant by the ocean always had Yummies. The nachos were delicious. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was breathtaking towels, out all the time service to your chairs on beach and poolside. The walk was not terrible. The scenery was gorgeous. There are bikes and golf carts available if you choose not to walk.

The best part of the stay was fabulous quiz everyday with Diana! Bar and restaurant staff extremely attentive. Weather and breeze beautiful!. Seagrass was there but people work tirelessly to move it in very warm weather. In busier times I think more sun shades are needed and personally would like air conditioning colder than 22 degrees
