    You shouldn't be disappointed.

    Honestly, we were very surprised at the quality of this resort. The food was excellent, the staff friendly, and the pool was spotless. Had booked a King Pool View room, and upon check in was given two twin beds. After a few calls, we were moved to 8319 with a king bed. The fridge was topped up daily with coke, beer, and water (sometimes Sprite). What I did not like was that our room floors were never swept or mopped a single time the entire week. It was annoying as I'd get beach sand stuck in my feet while going to the bathroom in the night. The beach really isn't anything to write home about, but it had a wonderful breeze to keep the heat at bay. The resort needs new loungers. Some are dangerously in poor condition. The duty free store in the front parking lot is affordable for a bottle of rum for the room etc. Barcello is the best buy in there. Spa services were excellent, and very friendly staff working in there. Wifi isn't in rooms, and spotty at times. I used the e-sim saily app for cheap, it let me do everything I needed / wanted to do on my phone for like $15 for the week.

    I recommend the resort

    I recommend this resort. The food is quite good. There are activities every day, and in the morning, the best aerobics with Droopy.

    We would definitely return.

    All around satisfied with everything. Rooms kept cleaned and stocked daily (Gresilda). Pool and area kept clean. Service always friendly. Special note to Bonbon at the pool area. Good variety of food in the restaurant and snack bar.
