Great hotel, clean rooms, good food. The pool is really clean and big. Really friendly staff. Especially "El mosquito" from animation went out of our way to feel us welcome. Will definitely go back.

VIP lounge staff
We recently stayed at the Marien Hotel with a large group of friends. Kewry Nunez, and the rest of the staff at the VIP lounge were amazing and made sure that all our needs were taken care of during our entire vacation. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every minute. They were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They truly made our vacation so memorable.

Exceptional VIP Service Experience
Exceptional service experience with great staff interaction. VIP benefits and staffing were excellent, special thank you to Kewry (Concierge) for sorting out our room mixup at the start and all the VIP team for making our week special! Also thanks to Francisco our waiter at lunch in the Buffet and also the Brazilian restaurant at dinner, he provided both excellent service and great humour! We have been to numerous resorts in the Caribbean and found the vast majority of the staff at this resort to be extremely friendly and easy to communicate with in English and our efforts in Spanish. FOOD: The A La Carte restaurants were only open 4 of the 7 days in our week due to minimal occupancy at the resort however the Buffet was excellent with lots of choices. I know Milos gets a lot of good reviews but we were not overly impressed with the food or the time it took to serve it, the location however is excellent with A/C which was a welcome break from the heat. Our favourite a la carte restaurant by far was the Brazilian with both exceptional service and food! Definitely don’t miss this one if you love Meat!!!

Great experience
I came to the hotel, they were very hospitable and had various games for me to play. the pool was very clean and had a lot of variety of foods. I really appreciated Mosquito, Roberto, Perla, BonBon hospitality and service throughout.
