Awesome experience - would stay again

Stayed here 4 nights and it was awesome. Definitely getting what you pay for, there’s nothing glamorous but that was part of the reason we loved it. Your suites are in the middle of a tropical garden with plants, flowers, birds and cats all around the property. We had an upper suite with a front deck which we loved in the morning drinking coffee. There’s two great pools that were hardly crowded which made for a lovely post beach relaxation. The suites themselves are dated like the other reviews mentioned but pretty big and very clean. It is walking distance to cabbage beach and pretty much anywhere on Paradise Island including Atlantis and the Four Seasons. We walked across the bridge to Nassau a few times but the front security was also always helpful in calling a taxi for us whenever we needed. The 24 hour security made us feel safe and their warm greetings were a highlight of the days. Would definitely stay here again!

    Beautiful, well maintained property

Beautiful property located on a quiet street. Within walking distance of Nassau (across the bridge) and everything in Paradise Island. Beautiful and well maintained grounds. Spacious one-bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen and living room. Well lit desk area. Amenities included a safe (didn't use). Thermostat was difficult to adjust. Plenty of power outlets. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with everything in working order, shower with good water pressure. Wifi worked well, even though it seems to require re-sign-in every few hours. Friendly, helpful staff. Price is very reasonable for what you get.

Mediocre but the roof didn't leak

If you don't mind the smell of mold, have no hot water, old furniture and very bare minimum living this is the place. I wouldn't recommend because after a long day of travel all I wanted was a hot shower and comfy clean place to relax. We opened the door and all we smelt was musty stale air and then go to take a shower and it was cold. The check in guy was nice but beyond that staffing was mediocre at best.

I loved the peace you experience in this place.

Good value for the price. Big suite rooms with living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bedroom. Ideal for a couple without kids (with kids could be a bit tied, maybe they have bigger rooms). Powerful WIFI and A/C in all the rooms, also including a safety box. In general, the place is very clean and quiet. I loved the peace you experience in this place. Nice two small swimming pools and walking paths full of nature. Nonetheless, the hotel needs a lot of upkeep, but the staff and service made me feel better about the stay.

Great value resort and friendly staff - would for sure recommend for families on a budget

Great value for money! Our suite was huge with a full kitchen and living room. It's pretty basic and dated in terms of decor but perfectly clean and functional. If you want anything fancy then go spend $2-$3k a night at the nearby resorts. The pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was great and very inexpensive. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only downside was it costs $20 taxi to go to downtown, but you can walk to Atlantis and eat or shop at Marina Village. I guess you can also get a day pass for Atlantis, we didn't but if we had small kids we would have done.
