    Poor

    Will not recommend . Food it’s not great , you will not go hungry but it’s the exact same thing every day at the buffet . Specialty restaurants are a joke . Rooms are outdated and have mold in the shower .

    Wonder full experience all the employees were helpful and polite ! Lucky for me I got the chance to meet Cesar Lopez and he’s crew at the premium lounge! Cesar never says no he always say yes !

    Restful and Relaxing

    We reserved the presidential suite and so glad we did. If it is in your budget, do it! We went in early October and it rained in the afternoon every day and two of the 7 days it rained all day. We had a fully stocked mini fridge with plenty of drinks and snacks and spent a tremendous amount of time in the lounge chairs facing the ocean on the 9th floor. The beach is very small and the waves were pretty strong so most people stayed in the pools. The beach isn't flat, and is pretty slanted and due to several torrential down pours, the erosion was pretty bad and the beach was pretty much unusable at that point. The lunch buffet wasn't the greatest so we ate at the snack bar which has pizza's, taco bar with homemade tortillas both corn and flour. They had a limited menu and the shrimp burritos were fantastic. Make sure you reserve the specialty restaurants early. We didn't have any issues, but I heard several people make comments that they weren't able to get into some. Walk across the bridge or go up the small road and cross the foot bridge! It looks sketchy, but that is where alot of the tourists go for excursions and they have all kinds of shops along the beach as well as tiny food places. We also walked out of the resort and took a right at the main road and visited some shops as well as a pharmacy. The lady that works there doesn't speak much English, so I had already translated what we were looking for and she hooked us up with some meds.

    Premier Lounge

    Friendly staff and great service! Especially, Caesar Lopez our Premium Lounge host! The resort manager Mauricio was FANTASTIC!! Very professional as well as the event coordinator aka FIRECRACKER!! Her personality will brighten your day!

    Cesar Lopez

    Cesar Lopez- what a kind, sweet, friendly man. He ( and su esposa) made our birthday very special with songs and Oreo cheesecake, wow it was incredible! Great conversation and learning in English and espanol. Must go see him at the premium lounge, must!
