    Great Experience

    We had a great stay! Such a beautiful bay with gorgeous sunshine and perfect weather. A big thank you to the hotel staff. A shout out to a few we met..Armando at the Capri, Victor at the Grill, the man rhat makes the pizza, (i missed your name, my apologies, your woodfire pizza and special are so good!) and Mosses on the pool deck. We would definitely recommend this resort 🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Wonderful vacation experience!

    This was our second visit to Barcelo and we were not disappointed. The staff were warm and friendly. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and remembered by one of the desk staff from last year. Our room was clean, and that was consistent throughout our stay. We had a great time by the pool, participated in some of the pool-side activities, and enjoyed great service throughout our stay. Huge shout-out to all the entertainment team who work so hard! They never stopped being entertaining. Anahi was terrific and full of energy. All the staff work so hard, are willing to help whenever needed, and are very kind. Another huge shout-out to Cassandra, Yatzuri, Apololinia, and Moses, who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. There are many other staff who were also worth mentioning, unfortunately, I don't remember all of their names. The resort is very clean and safe. We took the public bus to Puerto Vallarta one day to the Malecon, and it was fun and easy! I know that there will always be people who complain about things, but we would go back to Barcelo again. It's not a huge resort, the food is decent, the service is excellent, and it's a wonderful place to unwind, relax, and vacation. Thank you to all the staff! You are second to none.
