Will be back!
I really enjoyed their beach, tons of palm trees. The fact that I can go across and visit the other resorts so easily and have access to their amenities was a bonus. Loungers: there are plenty but with all resorts being so open, the loungers can be taken up quickly if you don't go early in the morning. I would recommend saving one by 7:30am but you can also drag a lounger from the pool area to the beach area as well. The loungers has wheels on the one end Beach: beach area is beautiful, just be warn that I think the sand is shallow and what's underneath it is hard rock. So if you are playing beach volleyball, don't dive and i actually wore my sandals to play. Water: sandy and rocky in certain areas, as long as you are careful and make your way to the sandy parts you will be fine. You can actually see the fishes swim next to you and you can go far and still have the water being shallow. Rooms: i spoke with a guest who was a HVAC guy and he said that the sensor for the a/c unit is not working. So as a result, the thermostat in the rooms don't really work. It was really cold when i first arrived and changing the temp. didn't do anything. I eventually had to shut the unit off. Food: they have a large variety for their buffet area. As for booking reservations for a la carts, you only get to pick 3 across all the resorts. I would not recommend the Italian restaurant. The Japanese one with the cooking show is really good. Area: They work really hard keeping the place clean, so tip them well please. They do a good job sanitizing the shared areas after the pool area is closed Entertainment: one of the worse I have been to for night entertainment, maybe it's b/c the other ones i have gone to were adults only. This is my first family resort and there were entertainment for kids during the day but there wasn't much for adults at night. Activities: there is a mall, there is 24/7 bar (all paid games), tennis, paddle, basketball, ping pong and only a few pool tables at the other resort that was available for use. A lot of the activities are closed off after their pool hours end.

Fantastic trip
This was our second time at this resort and it was a fabulous stay. Beach, pool, food and staff were fantastic once again. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. We will return next year!

Don't go for the food
Beach is the best. Drinks were inconsistently mixed, food was terrible, cold, tasteless, overcooked greasy, and did not have items and quality which you would expect. Had a large hairy spider in the shower and the tile in the shower is dirty.
