Palace not worth the extra money compared to the other 4 which are just as nice and are closer to everything you need. Palace shows were horrible. The only good thing at the Palace that was good was the French Restaurant. We have been to this property 6 times and always had good things to say but this time was disappointing. Times to eat were only 9pm and I dont know who eats that late but it is not us. Complained and they magically had 7 and 730 available. We have never had any issues thats why we have gone back so many times but this trip was awful.

Very good experience. Lots of fun and relaxation. A maintenance issue with the door handle and lock prevents a five star.

Lifia Ramirez was our server at the pool all day. She was fast efficient and kept the drinks coming all day! What an amazing staff to have. Jesus and Gorge were the bartenders at Coco Bar that were also amazing! Our first day here has been great! No complaints!

Very large hotel, they accept too many reservations for the hotel's capacity. We were only able to book two of the four à la carte restaurants due to the lack of availability. Lack of chairs at the pool and on the beach. Food comparable to that of Cuba. Not impressed at all.

My stay
Overall this is a very nice place, but the restaurant reservations process needs to be more accommodating for families with small children. Apparently you need more restaurants available because we could not get reservations before 9:00 every night, which made it impossible for other nighttime entertainment. Like the movies or shows.
